Review 1：I made the reservation while driving and when we got there the lady at the counter said oh you are from booking.Like i was low class I wanted room with no smoking she was rude and told me i booked smoking... i asked can i get a non smoking room she said it will cost xtra... The man next to her is her hustband was so rude and did not offer me a non smoking room at the same price...I looked around the parking was empty. The hotel lobby was locked.The front desk was locked with a big glass counter and the front door locked....i said i will cancel he said go ahead..... Dont go there they tread you very bad... i worked in the hospitality industry and if i ever treaded my guest like this i would have no job instead i had to find another hotel land did not sleep the whole night...

Review 3：Do not book this hotel. You will be very sorry if you did. We speak from experience. We had to change to another room on the second day. The first room has a terrible urine smell and the comforter has a large yellow area that reeks of urine odor. They showed us a number of rooms before we find one that had a tolerable odor. Most of the rooms were dirty and stinks. We would have left this horrible hotel had they not immediately charge us for our entire stay (one week) upon checking in. In the end we checked out 2 days early and they refused to reimburse us the 2 days citing a cancellation policy with Booking.com. By the way, they have an ice machine in the hall way that was coin operated. We stayed in many hotels and have never had such bad experience like I did with this hotel.

Review 5：The bedding was covered in stains and looked unwashed! The bathroom door was very nasty and the room smelled like dirty gym socks! The manager was very rude! Will never stay there again. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else.

Review 7：Convent on the main road. Right near food and access to beach. Loved hard wood flooring and size of room. I liked being on the 1st floor.

Review 8：I come from a very experienced housekeeping background and I can tell you there is no effort being put in to the cleanliness of these rooms. Spots of toothpaste all over the sink and mirror, the towels had hair and stains in them I used my own beach towels that I had packed. The floors were so nasty they turn your feet black. The employees were rude as well it felt as though they had no time for you. Overall I guess you can't argue with the price and there were no bed bugs so that is a plus.

Review 9：The location was great! Close to a lot of fun things to do. And I must say the bed was extremely comfortable but it does not make up for the filth of the room.

Review 10：The bed was hard as a brick, mold in the bathroom, the room smelled, it was hot as hell when we first got there, the shower took 15 minutes to warm up, we as house keeping to come back later they never came back. I'm our trip was suppose to be Friday to Monday but I was so disgusted in the place I was ready to leave Saturday night, and Sunday morning the toilet started leaking and the towels and rags was like using a scrub brush. Take my advice price might be nice but value is horrible. I love how the forth question ask to post pics of the room and asking about breakfast no breakfast is included and the room was infront of a run down looking Thai place. FYI there are alof of drunks too. One walked up to my husband offering 5 bucks to beat the other one up

Review 20：We woke up at 11 at checkout. Housekeeping opened our door while we were in bed with no clothes on and just looked at us telling us we needed to leave over and over. We couldn't get up because we had no privacy because he was in the doorway for a few mins just staring at us. Finally he closed the door and we checked out asap.

Review 21：The toilet will scare you because it has so much pressure when flushed. I guess it's better to have too much than not enough.

Review 22：I like the hardwood floors being that it makes the room look clean and there's no carpet to hold musty, stale odors. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Review 23：The room did have a slight musty odor to it. But for the price we paid and by prior reviews I was expecting it. You had to purchase ice if needed but not bad at .25 per bucket.

Review 24：The room was clean. The bed was WONDERFUL. We had a King bed and it was very comfortable. No worn out springy mattress. It was on the lines of a memory foam mattress. Very surprised. Room also included a small fridge and small microwave...that worked. For what we saved staying here versus spending more somewhere else I was very pleased with our stay. Don't forget the FREE wifi that had great connection too.

Review 25：The ac unit didn't work properly. Was either high or jet engine. Two charges on my account. One for the room and one for the 4 week old kitten we brought. Was told the kitten was going to be $15 per night and instead was $30 per night.

Review 33：The smell of antique wardrobe, we let the door ventilate for 30 mins to clean the air, plus a/c didn't cool enough at the beginning we turn it off when not in the room and did work fine later in the night. Ice machine dropped couple cubes per .25 cents ..yes we had to pay for the ice...and it wasn't that cheap hotel..

Review 47：Location was great. Room was clean. Bed was nice and soft. We stayed at a room up the street that cost a lot more and there was not much of a difference. If you use a hotel to sleep this is perfect.

Review 48：I loved the bed. The room was always kept clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. One of the woman housekeepers even helped me put my luggage in the car. My room was on the top floor as I requested and close to the elevator.

The price of the room was way too much for what we got. 300.00 a night and there was no breakfast extra small bathroom, the room looked as if they had recently painted because it surely was not remodeled. I will not stay again. There was also poor customer service and the bath towels were very cheap and discolored.

Stayed there for one night, got in late, decided not to move. Hair dryer did not work, can't adjust fridge temp, AC makes loudest noise - like a steam locomotive. Pillows... so soft like they don't exist. The only reason to stay here is if you book a last minute and nothing else available in the area (mistake we made)....

Review 85：Very dirty room and bathroom had mold ,hair everywhere. Fridge had old food inside, very very bad customer service will not let us change rooms unless we paid more money. Will not let us cancel the room for the next day said they will charge anyways. Found out the we were over charged for the room.

Review 96：The customer service was awful, there were pubic hairs and dead flies in our sheets. My husband took pictures and showed the front desk manager who then replied "I have good housekeeping!" Umm...obviously not. He wouldn't refund out money, but did give us a different room. We slept with our own pillows and blankets. Review 125：The fluorescent lighting was a poor decision and the worst part of the hotel experience. The lights were waaaaay too bright and made me feel like I was in a lab room and not a hotel. If you are only looking to spend 1 night, then this place is ok for the price. If you are looking to spend several nights, I would recommend spending a little more on an alternate location. The bed was comfortable, but made a loud popping sound every time I got off the bed.

Review 129：The room looked poorly made over. The use of florescent bulbs in EVERY light fixture giving an eerie glow to the room. Pinching pennies using automatic light switches on EVERY light fixture as well. So with this anytime I rolled over in bed the lights would turn on. I let the owners know of this. They looked at me and said I must of turned them on??? What? I had to get up out of bed to do this 7 times during my night stay from 9:30 pm to 8am the next day. The walls are disgustingly filthy not just in one place but all around the entire room splatters of food and what the heck can that be stains on the walls. I just wanted a place to sleep and thought that is what hotels are for.
