Club Hotel Falcon sells fast on our site. In the center of the city of Antalya, Club Falcon features a private beach, pools and a garden lawn that overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. It has a traditional Turkish bath, a sauna and tennis courts.

Review 1：Staff is absolutely unfriendly , standard room is miserably small. Hotel breakfast and dinner without any juice or water . No water offered in room during 4 nights of stay. shower spills water all over bathroom .

Review 7：Good day everyone. I would like to tell that I have been to many countries and stayed at different hotels. This is the only hotel in my life where I had a Downgrade. We booked a deluxe room with a sea view, but had to stay at a standard room with road view facing garbage. We asked for a NON-smoking room, but that room had a smell of cigarettes. Being disappointed, I returned to the Front desk to tell about the mistake. However, they said that all rooms are booked and there is no other option. After a long flight, I was tired to search for other hotels, so we stayed 1 night only. The funny part is that in the morning at check-out I had a bill to pay for a Deluxe sea view room :))) I told the staff to double check the bill, and with a fake smile, they contacted their management to correct the amount to the standard room price. Well, I was shocked with such a service. I did not really like the dinner, maybe I was still angry with room type. Cats are hunting for food near the tables. Sorry, I didn’t even take photos to show how dirty both indoor and outdoor pools are. No offence, But I will not stay at this property any more. Kind Regards

Review 11：One, very small, slow, elevator. The true "all-inclusive" fordrinks is with a white wrist band, which we later found out was 20 tlmore per person. This is a no brainer, just upgrade at reception. Westayed at the liberty hotel previously down the road, we found the foodoffered there substantially better, but the price was higher.

Review 12：Bang for buck, this place worked. It was great for a short 2 day stay,seeing our parents off before their flight back to Canada. Rooms andBathroom were clean, pools and pool bar were good, and we met some greatpeople from around the world.

Review 18：Looked out the window to find people wondering past our room walking on the roof of the building below us- address with reception and they were not interested. Ordered room service a couple of times- first time it took an hour (promised half hour). Second time, they said half hour, we called after an hour and they said 20 minutes, then called after another half hour and they were not aware of the order. Needless to say we cancelled the order. Had a dispute with reception about the costs and times of late checkout as two different staff members gave different information. Breakfast was not great- not much selection. Whenever we addressed issues with reception, they did not do anything.

Review 19：The location overlooking the sea was lovely. And our view from our room was amazing to wake up to. Food was quite nice, particularly dinner. The guy in the little shop in the hotel was lovely! Shower is nice and spacious. Weddings were nice.

We've encountered following challenges : *On arrival check in person refuse to give me the keys personaly handing them over to my male friend. *mini bar was not replenished, it was promissed that it would be replenished...It never was and on check out they try to charge for the items missing on arrival. *shower in the room was broken, had to ask 3 times in order to get it fixed *we paid for our consumation 1 day before check out in the evening...On check out time they charge us again for the same items. Overall very rude and disorganized staff.

Review 32：My partner and me had the most amazing holiday! We didn't need to leave the hotel. From the second we arrived the service we received was outstanding, huge warm welcome from the wonderful staff and we were given a room upgrade because our flight was delayed! The whole hotel was built and maintained to a very high standard. It was a medium size hotel, this was perfect for us, we didn't want to feel like we were fighting for sun beds or food but this wasn't a problem once. They had two weddings, both didn't interfere with the guests, the service was exactly the same, we were lucky to have two huge firework displays! The entertainment team were AMAZING, happy, wonderful people, always smiling and having a laugh with everyone. They brought people from all over the world together, they were outstanding! They made our holiday! The location for us couldn't have been better, peaceful area with a nice pool to relax and then a big pool with activities with music. Gorgeous lounging areas with loads of bars and places to take in the amazing location. We spent hours in the day overlooking the ocean, and even more during the evening. I'm a fussy eater and was worried I wouldn't like anything, but there was so much on offer, all through the day, even soup and fresh bread from midnight. I honestly couldn't fault the place! We are going to book again next year, the friends we made there are doing the same. I would highly recommend booking your next holiday here!

Review 42：Hotel rooms overlooking the sea, enjoying a very nice view, especially when you sit in the balcony and comfortable feeling. The room is clean and stylish and enough for two people and contain most of the things needed by the guest. The bar serves all kinds of drinks, both hot or cold .. In addition to the services provided by the hotel as good as the meals are very excellent and varied suit all desires. The hotel overlooks the sea and the swimming pools clean and nice. Review 69：Some of the staff very wonderful while others were very cold, not so welcoming and helpful. But the good staff made up in return what the others lacked in language and charm. The wifi is free but so overloaded that it hardly worked for me on several occasions. Rooms should have irons -- at least on request.

Review 70：The rooms are clean. The view is unreal and gorgeous of the sea and the mountains. It was a very comfortable stay and the all-inclusive meals and drinks was great. Will re-book again for sure. Booked for one night, stayed for three, due to the all-inclusive deal and the beautiful atmosphere. How often do you see a huge black rooster walk the garden and pool area of a modern hotel? Had a great laugh and he's a great addition to the place.

Review 96：Honestly, this hotel would be 10/10 if the staff gave better service. Upon arrival we were stood waiting at the desk for 10 minutes whilst the receptionists chatted amongst themselves. Then eventually they checked us in without a word, and then the bellboy suddenly took us to our room. We had to then go downstairs again to ask about the AINC. I've never had to ask at an AINC what time breakfast will be at. Some staff don't know how to make certain cocktails (it was hit and miss whether I got what I ordered). Inconsistent rules regarding AINC (sheet says water only in the minibar but we found out from other guests soft drinks were ok, sheet also says wifi free only in reception when it is free all over the hotel). I would love this hotel, and would come back if the staff were better trained in customer service. It wasn't a letdown as such, just seemed a shame because the hotel is really nice.

Review 98：We booked two sea view room from booking.com uncancelled rooms. One was double with baby bed, another one twin. They charged the money from my cedit card asap. It can be but when u arrived stuff not interesting with u. Coz u already paid. When we arrived hotel, there was nothing prepared. Both room was twin. No baby bed. Also one of room was land view. When I asked, they said u can see the sea from corner of balcony. Good(!) when I insist they give me option from another block' room. Shortly if u go there do not expect good organization. When you need something you must ask again and again. Otherwise they do not help you. They changed to double, one of room 40 min later.(14.40) still no baby bed. We got baby bed around 5 o'clock. They give towel cards for pool. But no towel or no stuff. I asked, When towel coming. answer was tomorrow (as a joke) anyway pool has lots of couple - not suitable for family with kid. If u have kid keep away from pool. About cleaning, there was dirt on sheet. In restaurant fork and knife always dirty or not enought shine. There was mayoneise under some of plates. Also easy to be desturbed by fly.

Review 100：For the price, this place is great. As I'm a booking genuis I had priority late checkout. No one seemed to know what I meant but eventually we got late checkout so all was good. The food was very turkish but great selection, the pools a bit grubby but it was so relaxed, you can swim when you like. Short eating times but had never done a all inclusive before.

Review 114：My experience with the Gym and Massage Staff (Sabrina) takes away my pleasure of stay. They were extremely rude and aggressive, Sabrina basically attacked me at the lunch time and accused me for not paying for the massage that I never received. She walked away without even apologizing. I let the guest relation know, and I do not think any thing has been done. If she was working anywhere else she would be fired in a heart bit. Just skip Gym and massage area they are very pushy and extremely rude. WIFI was not working properly. Not much to do.
