Review 1：The first day the owner didn't noticed my booking, because she was busy that day. She could prepare us a room, but without mountain view what I have booked. The second day we decide to move out to other place because there was no water in the apartment due to the village dumpling system failure. They told us that was no water in the whole village, but our friends one street above in another apartment got water without problem. So eventually I couldn't manage to get back my money for the second night, even it was not my fault that there were no water in that area or house. But the owner charge the breakfast free. So my feelings about this house is difficult.

Review 2：The place is nice and peaceful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfy.

Review 4：All was perfect! Request for deposit via bank transfer to secure reservation was a little bit confusing (on villa's site in booking.com). But we stayed only 2 nights and they didn't ask to pay prepayment.

Review 5：We loved all - friendly and helpful host (Mirka and Lubomir), everything was very clean and looking new, good breakfast, excellent playgrounds for children (outside, inside). Very good price. The best accomodation during our 2 weeks trip.

Review 6：We spent 6 nice days in Vysoké Tatry. The Villa Gold is a good place for relaxation and has a beautiful view to Tatra mountain. We took some smaller trips from this accommodation. The hosts were very kind and helpful.

Review 7：Cozier reception has experienced . The owners are doing their work from the heart. Beautiful rooms , comfortable bed , heavenly breakfast, have access to a kitchen.

Review 15：Great place for a perfect, relaxing holiday! The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the owner Mrs. Mirka. The breakfast was amazing. I have to mention that the beds were extremely confortable; actually these were the best beds I have ever slept in. Excellent value for your money. Villa Gold definitely has our recommendation!

Review 16：We had a spacious room, with direct access to the garden. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with nice variety. They have an excellent playground from children with trampoline and omega (and other things) - my child could have stayed there all day long.

Review 19：The owners are friendly, easy-going, and extremely helpful people, while proving professional services. They offered to use their laptop, or to take the coffee/tea from their kitchen, as we please. As we were leaving for a hike early in the morning, the owner offered to make us a snack, since we would have missed the breakfast opening hours. They also offered to bring my friends to the train station as they didn't have a car. The facility is new, clean, and decorated with taste. Outside the house is a spacious yard that has big playground. I wish the customer service they provided would be seen more often in other places. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to other travelers.

Review 21：The pictures from Villa Gold on the Net were completely the same as in the real life. The room was clean and as harmonic as it could be. The furniture, the coloures of the wall and the bathroom were stylish. The owner was polite and helpful with perfect English! If we had any problem they solved it immediately. I just can recommend this accomodation.

Review 22：Unfortunatelly, we haven't seen the mountain in the cloud, but the accomodation is in ana excellent location. The owners were nice and helpfull. The room was beautiful. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Review 23：Hotel owners were very helpfull. We had a problem with our car during our jorney, owner helped us to solve it in very quick time. Hotel very clean. There were a place to eat next to hotel. Pizzeria is a few steps from hotel and very good slovak restaurant is just in 3 minutes walk. The best value for that money.
