Review 1：There was nothing we didn't like about this property. Clean and casual, that is how we like to travel.
Review 2：Very comfortable and clean apartment/condo. Pleasantly surprised that our unit had a washer/dryer. Manager's office had our key available when we got there later than expected, we didn't have call anyone. Very casual place as a vacation to the beach is.
Review 3：The Sea Club units are private older condominiums with many of them remodeled, so each unit is different and decorating taste are that of the individual owners. We had a pool side 2 bdrm unit that felt like home and met all our needs for an 11 day stay. We choose Sea Club because our grandson was playing in a Baseball Tournament with games in both Clearwater and St. Pete. The Sea Club was perfectly located between both cities with only about a 20 minute drive in either direction, allowing us to stay by the beach instead of at an inland hotel. They have one of the largest salt water pools we ever experienced for a smaller resort, approx 20' x 50', with plenty of tables and lounge chairs around the pool area for sun and relaxing. The short walk, about 200-300 yards, is only minutes taking you to one of the fabulous, white sand, Indian Shores beaches. We hosted a Baseball Team BBQ in the large BBQ area that is under cover with views of the Bay side. Everyone of the team families commented how they had wished they were at Sea Club vs. staying in their hotels. Our particular unit was spacious and very comfortable with a deck over looking the pool. Jackie & Anthony have been the new managers at Sea Club for only a few months but they were the best. Friendly and very attentive to making sure we had a fantastic experience.

Review 6：The fact that we paid $130-00 plus tax for an end of stay clean (mandatory) and then found a note asking us to wash all towels and linen and also to wash all cutlery before we left. When we arrived the linen and towels were clean but the cutlery was filthy, this did not bother us as my wife and I take our own cutlery when we travel. Having said all this we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Review 8：Room had a moldy smell, carpet needs to be replaced smelled bad very dated, sofa was just as old. We found dead roaches in living room, and bathroom. Food scum was on all pots and pans, looked clean from far but was far from clean, what was the $130 cleaning charge for. The walls are made out of cardboard, we could here our neighbours up stairs clearly, even when they lowered the toilet seat... I think John needs to be more aware of whats happening inside these condos instead of the inside of his cadillac. Amen

Review 11：The condo was roomy and everything you need for a holiday home from home. Condo over looked the water inlet, which was lovely to watch boats and birds and watchthe sun rise in the morning.the location was great with the beach across the road. We loved it.
Review 12：Nobody had checked the unit for 4 months so it wasn't a very welcoming site! We were moved after 2 days. Our second placement was nice, but the balcony tiles had heaved and were broken - not good particularly if there were children.

Review 14：Size of the condos are great. We stayed at 2 different ones. Only reservevatiion is the "cash" only policy. We extended our stay and did not realize you pay in cash. Our mistake but a little bit of an inconvenience if you are not local.

Review 38：We loved the immaculate and spacious condo-#49. It was off season andthe rates were excellent. It was a 5 minutes walk from a pristinebeach. John, the manager was very helpful and had any problem takencare off as soon as he was notified. The swimming pool was salt waterwhich was a treat when we wanted to get an after ocean swim in. I wouldstay there again
Review 39：Office was very slow to return calls pry to ck in. Tub and sink drained very slow. Tub bottom very slippery. Furniture needs to be freshen.
