Review 1：Terrible breakfast Far from the Erdek center and transportation is weak Rude Hotel stuff Even reservation includes dinner, they refuse to serve and still get the same price

Review 3：40min walk away from the Erdek centre where all the facilities located. Hotel staff are rude and careless. Worst breakfast we had ever experienced. Expensive considering the quality of rooms.

Review 5：wifi had a very poor signal on 3rd floor. they installed a router on the floor during our stay, but the quality of internet connection was still poor. the hotel has its own beach, although dirty and not taken care of. the hotel refused to provide free late checkout for us, although it was clearly stated on our booking.com reservation.

Review 6：nice home style food, various and generous. the garden around the hotel, it was nice having your meal in the shade of peach and apple trees. quiet area, but close to bus route. staff was helpful and polite.

Review 7：There are 2 or 3 hotels in the area with the name Kirtay. This is the Kirtay Butik hotel, not the Kirtay Beach motel. We were dropped at the wrong place by the otobus driver and spent a fraught hour or so and 40 TL on a taxi to get ourselves to the right place. Not anyone's fault but please be aware.

Review 8：Beautiful clean, quiet hotel, one minute's walk from a nice clean beach, nice people, big balcony, good food.

Review 9：Vegetarian options for the evening meal would have been appreciated. Only meat or fish were on the menu, not both on the same night and never an alternative. The biggest problem, from a buisness users point of view was the poor internet facility.

Review 10：They were accommodating. When they realised we were there on buisness and needed to start work at 8.00 they started to set up breakfast earlier. The evening food was good and came over as 'home cooked'.

Review 11：Very difficult to find. Even called on the phone, and no one could help us. Location was absolutely not what it seemed on booking.com. Much farther from the town center and a little farther from the beach than was indicated on the website. If we had not had a car, this hotel would have been very, very inconvenient!

Review 12：Breakfast was very good. Room was clean, though we had to try 3 rooms before one was acceptable. Staff was very sweet and accommodating. Tried to triple our bill, apparently not realizing that the price on the invoice was for 2 nights (really???) and insisted on being paid in euro even though the confirmation stated to be paid in the local currency. They did finally take the Turkish lira.
