Review 1：The place feels more like a hospital than a hotel. Stark stuffy rooms.

Review 12：Its necessary a better integration between the ourtsourced restaurants and the hotel. You cannot include the restaurant expenses at the hotel bill. Poor menu options at the Pizza place next to the river.

Review 14：I was not satisfied in my book because I requested a room for two people with large double bed and offered me a triple room with a double and a smal single bed, plus much delayed service a the counter with the reservation because they did not find!

Review 15：1) It is labeled as resort but it is not. You have to pay every time you order food or drinks, being this by the swimming pool, or restaurant or in the room. Just inconvenient; 2) The room has a bedroom and a living with table and sofa, which is good. But the bedroom does not have TV while the living has the TV but no air conditioner; 3) The tour agents are insistent and fast when we arrive. They should give people some time to arrive calmly, leave their luggage in the room... It seems like a poor tourist place where you have a hard time trying to scape from street vendors

Review 16：1) Good swimming pool; 2) Large bedroom; 3) Tourism agency inside the hotel facilitates the organization of the tours at similar prices compared to outside the hotel.

Review 17：the hotel needs a rennovation. the hotel is also a flat, so the pool area was very crowded, so the staff took a very long time to serve our drinks and food at the pool.

Review 18：breakfast was very good, the rooms are ok, nice view with balcony, the restaurant at the deck serves good pizza.

Review 19：Carnival music all day long was a bit annoying. Staff is friendly, but like in most places in northern Brazil, somewhat untrained. The elevator stopped working and sauna was turned off before the predicted time.

Review 20：It's a big hotel in a little town. Kind of out of place, but it still was a nice stay. I would avoid it during high season. We had a car, so it was easy to get there, but it's a bit away from center.

Review 21：Hotel is located a bit far from City Center, so you need to call a taxi if you want to go to the restaurant, bar, etc. in the city center. Restaurant in the hotel is nothing special. Hotel room was clean enough, but small and air conditioner was out of order. Hotel staff was not so friendly and kind especially when we asked some questions and small request such as keeping luggage in the reception. It's not worthwhile for the payment.

Review 23：- for the Price i expected a more comfortable room - far from the center of the city (but you can you a shuttle twice a day). But the day you arrive and the day you leave you have to Pay a taxi to join the bus station (20 reales) - expensive restaurant
