Review 1：Property was not well maintained and it is very much run down. Definitely not 4 stars (I would say 3 stars). We stayed four days and the spa was never open. Only one English TV channel (HBO). Our room (G29) was the last unit and we had to walk 15 mins uphill and no internet signal in the room.

Review 3：The mattress was very bad, the worst i had in all my trip. In the first night it was raining and there were several leakages from the balcony and windows. In the morning they upgraded us and moved us to "better" room. It had rain shower so we were eaten by the mosquitoes all night and the mattress still was very bad, my back hurt all the time we stayed in this hotel.

Review 4：Aircondition loud and functions not working, broken shower, no plug-in for shaving machine in the bathroom, no privacy on the balcony, you can see all neighbours, poor internet, staff at reception speaks very poor English, TV with only 6 channels, mosly asian, not enough sunbeds on the beach, beach is not nice, far too expensive for what they offer.

Review 5：We stayed at executive suite, room was nice with nig comfortable bed, house keeping was great, breakfast OK.

Review 6：One yellow "house dog" that spent time in the premises was annoying - he was tearing up our own beach sari and towel and took other stuff from people on the beach to play with ...and scared children (probably not dangerous though). Internet connection varied - sometimes very slow.

Review 7：Excellent breakfast buffe! Staff always doing their best to help! Nice clean rooms! Food and drinks in the restaurant was good - but expensive copmpared to other competing restaurants nearby.

Review 8：The bed was hard like rock. Not possible to sleep in. Breakfast was terrible. General manager was arrogant and rude. No hot water in the shower. No minibar beside the water. No room service. Rust in the bathtube. And loose mosaic plates in whole pool, if you was not looking good you can cut your feet. And my friend got dengu fever at this hotel.

Review 10：Quiet place to sleep. Very helpful staff, breakfast was nothing special, but better than most places in Thailand. They have two pools, one with a great aerial sea view. Overall very good experience

Review 13：all room pictures on booking.com show the new hotel part. But this was closed. We had Booker "Honeymoon Suite" due to the nice sea view. In our "old" hotel part this view is limited. The room need urgent renovation. Door of the fridge was broken. The cabinet door handle was missing. Shower without power. Breakfast was poor. We will not return to this place. Value for money was not given.

Review 15：The Hotel is located at Pattaya Beach, just a few footsteps to the water. The Resort has a swimming pool, but we got even a private pool in front of our large accommondation. Very nice place to stay!

Review 16：- If you planning to travel with 3 kids you need two room and it's a bit expencive. - the food in the hotel is ok but we ate outside because the price is 50% lower and food better. - to get to "main street" by taxi you have to take motorcycle-taxies. 50bath pr person each way. It can become expencive if you do this a couple times a day. I LOVE KOH LIPE :)

The swimming pools were a blessing & always clean. Our rooms were all well serviced & clean. The restaurant service was great & the food, as always in Thailand, was delicious. This was our second visit to Koh Lipe after 6 years & we were pleasantly surprised by the progress which did not seem to be too excessive which helped keep the relaxed atmosphere of the island that we experienced on our first visit.

Review 47：rooms are very old, in curtains there are many holes, they don't divide beach and regular towels, breakfast is very poor, everyday the same, all facilities in hotel are very old and they need to be renovated. The hotel is not 4 star for sure, but they charged like a 4 star hotel.

Review 55：The hotel is quite big and many of the rooms were located far up on a hill. We paid a lot and got a nice room but had to walk about 10 min down to the beach!! Very bad wifi in lobby. No wifi in the rooms.

Review 59：Staff at reception wasn't that friendly and I did asked for a bell boy to assist with my luggage from my room to the lobby, but they never came! Instead I had to carry my bag on my own. And when I arrived at the lobby, they were standing around the lobby, some jobless! And worse of all, there wasn't any wifi in the room. It was only available at the common area and lobby. Despite that, the connection was horrible and I had to reconnect every 5 seconds. And this is what I get for paying so much for a so called 4 stars hotel facilities... Not worth it! I stayed at Bundhaya the night before and it was a hundred times better. Sad but true.

Review 61：Rooms was not the best, especially since the bathroom had an open roof over the bathtub which made me worry about mosquitos, spiders and other things getting into the room. Although my room was located just next to the pool, I would not have been happy if I was a guest who got the room in the hill-side (very steep climb to get up to the rooms).

Review 62：I liked the location of the hotel. Service was alright but not comparable with a 5-star (so, for its given rating the service was on par). Restaurant was not the best but ok for lunch. Options at the breakfast buffe was somewhat limited. Corals and snorkeling possibility directly at the beach outside the hotel was a big plus.

Review 82：不知道是不是没放小费的原因，没有给我们打扫房间。海景房都在山上，爬上爬下挺辛苦的，只能远远地看到大海。

Review 83：员工非常热情，预订前发邮件咨询时回邮很快，我们三个人住一间没有要加床只需多付200铢早餐费。算是丽贝上最好的酒店了。房间很大，浴室、卫生间和洗手池都是分开的，很方便。
