Review 1：Wifi poor. Checked out a day early. Having trouble getting credited back for last day. I paid them up front for entire stay

Review 3：The wifi was extremely intermittent and often didn't work anywhere but the downstairs lobby (which is small and only has 2 chairs to sit in). English was almost non-existent (although this is the case everywhere in Urfa!).

Review 4：Great location at the 'top' of the main street. A 10 minute walk gets you down to the bazaar and a 2 minute walk in the other direction gets you to the road with the buses to the otogar. The room I had was big, with a desk, floor to ceiling windows, and a queen sized bed. The windows are soundproofed if closed, so staying overlooking the street is fine, unless you want to sleep with the window open. It was clean, if plain.

Review 11：The elevator was not working and the client was handicaps he has a problem with his legs..then the staff changed his room to first floor and upgrade it..but its not recommended

Review 12：Reception! Very unprofessional staff, and not very welcoming. The first impression is SO important, so I think the manager must have a chat with the young lady who was on duty most of the time when I stayed there (3 nights). She did'nt seem to care at all about her job or guests.

Review 13：A very functional hotel to a reasonable price. Rooms very basic but has what you need and are bright and clean. Breakfast room is fine and so is the breakfast.

Review 14：they are a bit pricey. it was hard to understand or communicate with the staff or the front disk. the front disk staff should learn English to answer questions of guests.

Review 16：They claim they speak English but they couldn't understand our questions. They also said they offered laundry service, but when we got our clothes back they weren't folded and quite wrinkled.

Review 17：They have a great shower, it is right on the main road so easy to find. They will park your car or you, which was awesome.

Review 18：the carelessness of the 2 lady receptionists was very noticeable,I noticed that me and other hotel guests we handled with zero Courtesy ( maybe because they can't speak any English) .I wished If I can see them smile but I didn't see any. To have English Speaking staff is very important but apparently the hotel hand no one speaking English apart from A young Male receptionist i met upon check in.
