Review 1：The billing has been a disaster. Booking.com has debited and so has the hotel and despite multiple followups the refund has not been processes. Totally unprofessional attitude by both booking.com and Kempinski

Review 2：Cant figure out a thing i did not like.

Review 3：The Property was grand, staff were dedicated and courteous and let us know everything. A Single person was allocated to us, so that he new our needs and requirements. Also small things like our car was pulled to the porch before we arrived and complimentary bottles of water were placed for our drive. As it was our anniversary- A good quality champagne and other compliments were given- without us asking for the same. Small gestures- but that helps is elevation the overall experience.

Review 4：Airconditioning not functioning properly. Staff sometimes fighting amongst each other, which is not done in front of guest.

Review 6：We lived at Villa. The location and view on the Great Golf resort is SUPER. But buildings of villa are old and they really need renovation. Ceiling of our villa in the master room was even black around conditioning system output. It is not what is expected from Kempinski. The furniture is old and dusty. I would say it is 4 star, not 5 star hotel. May be 10 years ago it was the best, but now owners must do repair and renovation. After that it will shine again!

Review 7：The location is very good (30 min from Airport). There were many unexpected issues, but all were solved by the General Manager. He is Very professional and protects Kempinski values and image of the brand. If you have any issue - go to him.

Review 8：Personal too snobbish. Not everyone looks like German oldies playing golf. Checking my card and room number several times daily is not cool. You should be shame.

Review 10：Even for me, and I am not a big fun of loud parties and too attentive entertainment staff, there is still lack of activities. i understand the hotel positions itself as a quiet, healthy and sporty resort, so some sport activities would make a big difference - like yoga or pilates classes for example. Even though a lot of guests seem to be golf players, their ladies often stay in the hotel day time and are quite bored. Longer live music hours would also be nice along with wider repertoire.

Review 11：Decent quiet hotel with good range of facilities, nice golf club nearby (even if you don't play - like us - it is very nice for walks and jogging). Staff is very nice, polite and helpful. Especially Onur at the front desk, the two barmen at the sea side bar, a few waiters at the restaurant. The good thing about this hotel is a very quite atmosphere and no crowd whatsoever. After two days you got to recognize everyone and it feels very homely.

Review 12：They do not check in before 3 pm. Even though they have wifi even in the beach, the connection is not very good. Half-board does not include drinks you have during dinner. I was charged for using minibar, which I did not even use during my stay.

Review 40：It's not really close to Belek town and the Turkish taxi drivers are ripping you off. Having said that - don't even think to argue with those people - they turn out to react very aggressive. No hotel airport shuttle service provided - so be prepared to pay 120 Euros for a hotel pick up. No entertainment at all - so don't expect any volleyball, water-polo, soccer or any animation. Funny as the hotel does have an amazing - but not used - beach volleyball court.

The biggest problem of this Kempinski... It's all inclusive !Guess what, this is also exactly the way the staff ( restaurant, bar, pool bar) is behaiving.The staff's motto: " You anyway have everythig for free, so i will probably not get a tip = why should i care ! "To be fair, this is not valid for the whole staff, but for a big part of it.There are only two speeds for this staff, slow and extremely slow.Waiting time till NOTICED, ( not served) by staff:- Dinner = 15 -19 min.- pool bar ( only 1 additional guest sitting at the bar ) = 7 - 10 min.- bar terrace ( BTW, the only place you can go after dinner ) = 17 - 30 min.Additional " benefits " of the all inclusive Kempinski offer :- almost empty minibar- the actually pretty big pool bar has exactly 8 bottles on display and the taste of the drinks is exactly as the price = zero !- Only 1 ( one !!!! ) self service restaurant, with not much to choose from. ( to be honest, i read this in other reviews too ).Pls. don't get me wrong, there is a lot of food on the buffet, BUT i'm talking here about a so called 5 stars restaurant were you supposed to be enjoying the excellent dishes prepared by a Chef !Rhetorical question to the management :1. What is the name of the Signature Dish prepared by the renowned Chef at Kempinski The Dome ?I'm talking about The Chef that You have employed for the 2014 Summer season to pamper your very special guests that You so much care about and which You want to feel so special that they will most certainly stay at your hotel again.The best description I have for the restaurant part of this adventure is :At Kempinski Hotel the Dome you are eating, you most definitely are not Dinning !

Need more info on the watersports etc.

Review 101：The gardens and pools are very good. The service in the bars and buffet restaurant are very good. Food is nice, although nice is a dangerous word! Gym good for a hotel. Overall good although slightly overpriced.

Review 102：There are 2 towns in a short drive from the hotel(this is relevent to all hotels in the area) we rented a car in the airport in advance and were independent to explore the area. Since the hotel is 200 from the beach it doesnt add a lot to order a sea view room.

Review 104：we booked one double bed they gave us twin room. we asked for change the guy at reception told us there were no double room left. i got really angry and insist to change and they finally moved us to a better room (defenitely lying that there were no room left) also dont ever use the laundry service. the dust on my jacket have not been cleaned properly and i was even told if they clean again my jacket will be seriously damaged.

Review 109：language competency ,the staff were straggling with English but they were some good with German and Russian language . I agree with other comment regarding food and specially with dinner was quite poor.with football teams in the Hotel i have few choice to eat. The cold snacks and sweets were the same during lunch and dinner meals , which made feel that they reserved me what are left over from previous meals . what really upset the lamp behind the big chair.i just set on the chair and lamp broke .They had put the lamp in little space with sharp edge of concrete and guess what they charged me 177tr for the damaged lamp .I believe that i am not the first customer getting such incident with lamp.

Review 114：The food in the restaurant was not exactly value for money, with the choice limited to an overpriced buffet at 80 TL each, a mediocre Italian restaurant and a definite substandard pool-side cafeteria. Although a Turkish restaurant 'Seljuk' was advertised, it was never open. Other decent restaurants in the neighbourhood are too far away to offer an alternative, so one is stuck with the limited choice offered by Kempinski at exorbitant prices.

Review 115：Everything (except the food situation, see below) in the hotel is excellent. A large sandy (a small pebble gird excepted) and directly accessible private beach, an enormous pool area for sweet water lovers, a large and quiet spa with hammam, steam bath and Finnish sauna (really hot and dry as it should be, mainly German and Finnish guests will love it; no obligation to wear swimsuits, although users are supposed to use towels or the Turkish peshtemal to cover themselves), well situated and large rooms with direct view on the sea, impeccable service with enough water bottles delivered free of charge, reception staff very helpful also.

Review 116：The lack of foreign languages knowledge of the staff it leads too often to frustrating situations of both parties. We didn't get the rooms we have booked. Upon arrival we had to wait 3 hours before our rooms were available.

With our family with 2 young boys, we had a great time in the pool, playing tennis, going in the sea, learning golf. We relaxed in the hammam/SPA and the terrace during the evenings. Definitely a place to visit again! We selected the all inclusive package that worked really well for us.

We had been swetting the whole time even in the lobby and sitting area. NO WIFI signals in our room. I complained three times about the AC and WIFI but not fixed. ALSO VERY UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS!
