Review 1：No kettle in room to make a cup of tea and downstairs we were charged for each cup.
Review 2：Location. Views of snow capped mountains, and classic swiss buildings. Only a few minutes from cable cars, with a regular bus service. Staff tried hard to speak and understand English, and to be obliging.
