Review 1：The room booking got totally messed up. I was charged for the previousdate as a "no show" even though I had changed the date withinfive minutes of original booking. Spent over hours arguing with thehotel, the booking company, and my bank now having to wait to getcredited for their mistake in booking. If you think your credit will beimmediately credited, you will be very very mistaken. Soured the tone ofmy entire evening!There is construction going on for the freeway feetfrom the hotel, and the trains going by sound as if they are tearingthrough your room. If you shower, expect little to no water pressure. Ifyou don't get down for breakfast within 15 minutes of it'sstart, it will be completely decimated. Thankfully there was a Jack InThe Box right next door. The neighborhood is a bit on the seedy side, asif it is not in Burbank at all!
Review 2：The rooms were clean, well stocked with amenities that places don'tseem to provide anymore, such as coffeemaker, microwave, fridge, iron.
Review 3：I got double charged by the incompetent staff after already paying for my reservations online, which took a good chunk of travel money out of my account for 4 days. They also randomly deactivated my room keys after the first night which I had to actively seek out to fix. Then when I requested a time to speak to their manager he didn't show up. The hotel honestly has a sketchy vibe until you're secure in your room. Overall the staff and quality of my experience was terrible and I don't have high standards when it comes to customer service so that's a pretty clear indication that this hotel is garbage.

Review 5：The staff was unhelpful and rude. They yelled at us for trying to take a bagel 1 minute after their 9:30am breakfast was over. And now they are trying to charge us for an extra days stay even though I have the receipt proving we checked out the day we checked out.

Review 7：I would like you to look into why Quality Inn did not receive my booking info with you online to their office? So that when I checked in at the rate I got and the confirmation of booking with you, they would have had all my info. Kris the receptionist said it happens all the time. That's not good if you want to keep a good relationship with the customers that use Booking.com online to make reservations. I would like to use your site again but it should work with the hotels you offer. Please check out that problem. Thanks
Review 8：I was traveling with my Service Dog and they were very nice to me about it. The info from Booking.com did not come through to their office according to the receptionist. So she upgraded me after I showed her my confirmation from you.
Review 9：Tha manager aggressive and I heard him many times says " kick them out ". I booked one room two beds but when I arrived to the hotel at 2:30am, I found room with one queen bed. I tried to correct the mistake and I saw them the confirmation letter from book.com, but the reciptionest said the problems from book.com and they always do that. The manager did not correct the mistake but he decided give me room one bed with sofa and he said I see this is enough for you and you can sleep on the sofa and I paid the same price for room with two beds. The kitchen is miserable and tiny. The hotel dirty. The room dirty. The restroom dirty and has mold. The refrigerator has mold. No parking space for cars. The carpet dirty and has spots.

Review 17：The location was loud due to busy area and construction, the lobby and eating area is a closet, so didn't feel clean, so you don't want to eat there or be there. The parking was awkward and tight, Didn't feel safe at night, Could hear person in next room snoring and TV.
Review 18：The room was very nice, clean and modern and the staff was great very nice/helpful. These two things make the hotel feel like it should be 3 or 4 star. But the negatives make it okay for the money when a short stay is needed.

Review 25：The hotel was right next to construction. Loud banging and the whole room shaking at 7:00 am. I was on vacation to rest and that didn't happen. Room next to us had very loud people at 5:00 am. Had to have towels replaced, 4 out of the 6 had hairs on them. Long ones and ones that that were short. It was gross!

So I brought my own towels and blankets justin case. The location sucks, there's nothing surrounding thehotel...but burbank is pretty boring in general. The night staff sucks,he never knows anything about anything. And the breakfast would be greatif the sausage tasted like actual meat! Lol. I had to get a new keyevery day because it just stops working.And there's a $50 deposit ifu want to pay with cash.

We have stayed at a lot of quality inns and this one was really bad there was wallpaper peeling off the wall holes in the wall paper it was dirty the cover to the air conditioner was falling off the bedspread had cigarette burns in it, it was loud, not lit well. We were so shocked I took pictures of the room to send to our daughter.

Review 66：Ask for a room on the back side as the front is pretty close to the freeway and we could hear the noise all night as well as the trains that went by infrequently. Because it is close to the airport, people were coming and going all night long, talking loudly. Not the hotels fault, but they could remind people coming in late to please talk quietly as they go to their rooms.
Review 67：Easy to book a room on the internet, friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful, clean room, nice free breakfast. One of the best prices in Burbank this close to the airport. Safe area.
Review 68：1) Wonder how drainage water over flow and was not able to use the bathroom. The drainage water entered the room and wet the carpet. Requested for another room but was unavailable. 2) Same breakfast daily. 3) Need renovation for the passage and the exterior of the building.

After I walked with wet feet out of the shower and into the main room to grab something out of my suitcase, I noticed that when I walked back into the bathroom I was leaving dark footprints from all the dirt and grime in the carpets. The trashes outside the rooms were overflowing and a bit smelly. All in all, for over $100 a night, the quality was shockingly poor. I would have been fine with this for $50 a night, but not a penny more.

Review 78：a few hours after checkout , I get a voicemail on my phone accusing us of vomiting on the rug. they charged my credit card 80.00. without even checking our room themselves. I called back and they were still waiting for the person to come back and let him know if it was us. I told him we did not vomit and there was no vomit at all in our room! they had already charged my card without talking to me first or checking our room. this stressed me out all week as I was waiting to see when they would reverse the charges as we did not vomit! 4 days later the 80.00 came off my card. by the way I think 80.00 is too high a price to be charging for cleaning up vomit.
