Review 1：The room was filthy, the walls had dried up blood and dirt on them, the shower was a health hazard, I could not take a shower my whole stay..I have never been so uncomfortable in my whole life... You guys should close this hotel down,I WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN OR WILL I EVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE...THE PILLOWS BROKE MY FACE OUT!!!!

Review 3：We had a room on the third floor. Elevator out of order. Phone did not work. TV control did not work. Carpet FILTHY with stains from God only knows!! Broken tile on threshold.

Review 8：Dump, totally flea bag. Got bit by a spider and toe got infected because rug was disgustingly filthy. Pretzel crumbs on floor when we walked in. Running toilet. Smoke alarm beeping and was told to just take out battery. Checked bank statement day after checking out and they had the nerve to charge $50.00 security deposit to protect their miserable property.
Review 9：No hot water in sink, it simply didn't work, No Wi-Fi in rooms! That was very disappointing. No toilet paper, sink and toilet seat were stained and old, I wash them both just to make they weren't dirty. No hangers ...didn't trip about no toilet paper because I had my own..but then housekeeping took the half roll off n left my full roll....on toilet not even mounted...overall it met my needs...but definitive room for improvement! And a I bet a little bleach on toliet seat and in sink would have removed those stains, just saying.

Review 18：If it would allow me I would rate this hotel as a rating of 0. I reserved it for my husband for a last minute business trip he had to make. We had no other choice due to timing. It was beyond disgusting and I would never book there again. There were holes in the walls and mold growing in the bathroom. Being a guy, my husband could sleep anywhere, no matter the cleansiness, and he even wouldn't sleep in the bed. He slept above the sheets on top of a towel and had his gun under the pillow. That truly says a lot. I am appalled we spent around $100 for such a dump. That place needs to be demolished it was so beyond disgusting.
Review 19：There is nothing there to like! Very dirty, all kinds of men hanging around! Had reservation and they wanted us to wait an hour and a half for a room! Room was dirty, tub moldy, air conditioner didn't work, beds and sheets dirty, carpet dirty! Checket out as soon as we could!

Review 23：Bathroom was not cleaned. Drawers were missing from the side tables. And a couple of days after I checked out, I found out that they charged me 50 dollars for those missing drawers!! I tried to talk to them, they said only manager can deal with this issue who was not available then. Never heard back from them. Staff was not courteous.

Review 27：2 of the housekeeping staff are great the rest need retraining. Luis is a staff member in the office he is great, always polite, going out of his way to meet any needs you may have. I feel he should be the manager.
Review 28：Pot holes in the parking lot. Elevator looks feels and sounds like it's gonna break. No deadbolt no the door. No bar to hang your clothes on. No map on the shower floor to keep yourself from slipping and falling. No enough electrical plugs. And some plugs didn't work. Ac unit barely worked. Booked online and requested a smoking room, didn't get it. Second night I called ahead of time to try to get a smoking which I was able to get but was given an option to stay in original room. Looked at the smoking room and felt like I was in a middle of a crime scene. Out dated, stains on the floor walls mirrors and tub. Walked in and found the TV on and volume blasting away. AC unit not plugged in and looked like a wall filler. No towels. No deadbolt on the door again. Poor upkeep.

Review 30：It was a bad experience. Dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. Felt unsafe the whole trip. The lock on the door was broken as if someone busted through it. We didn't get any good sleep because people were coming and going all through the night, slamming doors and talking very loudly. Would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.
Review 31：Accused of stealing from clerk at check out. I will never tell anyone to go back their. I used my own towels and wash clothes that I brought with me and they were multi colored so they won't get mixed in with the hotels. Customer service sucks!!!

Took my own blankets and pillows- I refuse to use the ones they provided. I also wasn't told about a 50.00 deposit that I think the staff at front desk should notify customers. I had to check online - what I was getting charged and I felt like I was over charged! So I went to the office and asked the front desk clerk and then she finally told me I was being charged a 50.00 deposit which I think should be disclosed at the time I paid for my rm. Clerk said its good to ask- but it would of been nice if she told me from the get go!

It felt like I was staying in a prison--people watching me from doorways as I walked in...checked out after 3 nights, couldn't hack it, prefer sleing in the car...went to Motel 6 which was 10 times cleaner and more secure...and found out from front desk there that there had been pele killed in that hotel. I can't understand why a reputable website like this would even associate themselves with a place like this!

Review 54：Carpet were dirty, we asked for a non smoking room and the attendant told us they made a mistake in our reservation so we had a smoking room. In the ad it says they have free wifi in the rooms. That' s a lie, when i complained the attendant just replied "oh yeah we need to update the ad, that one is old. The pool is not working it seems for ages it's been like that. Personnel really did not care. Shady area, people were knocking on our door late at night or they were too drunk and trying to get into our room with different key cards. We didn't felt safe so we blocked all our door with the chairs and tables in our room. Not worth it.

Review 56：Although the room was big, it was sparsely furnished with broken, mismatched furniture. The chair looked like it had been left outside (or found on the street) and there was no way I was sitting in it. Luckily, I travel with clean sheets and blanket, which I had to use on the bed. The shower was nasty enough that I would not use it. Rotted, spongy floors in the bathroom. I don't understand how the owners aren't too ashamed to rent this worn out, filthy place. Pool was not open. by the looks of the reviews, it never is. Carpets were torn and dirty. I had to wear my shoes the entire time. I wouldn't even walk on it in socks. It definitely warrants a visit from the Health Dept.

Review 58：The room was ugh. I slept above the comforter because the blanket underneath had holes and dark spots on it. I was afraid of even touching it. The floor had some dark spots too. Even some red spots near the bathroom. I wore sandals around the hotel BC I did not want to touch the floor. The bathroom doorknob looked like someone tried to break it open. There was a random bra hanging in the closet. Ew. The walls had writings on them, most were painted over but it was still obvious.
Review 59：The staff was great. The front desk lady, Lani, was very nice and friendly. I'm just surprised that with a friendly staff, the place isn't up to par.
