Review 1：The walls are thin and the guests in the room next to us kept us awake on our first night there. Other then that it was quiet and enjoyable.
Review 2：The rooms were clean. There was an elevator, plenty of parking and a heated pool. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do in and around LA.
Review 3：Had a little mix-up at check-in, but the receptionist was very pleasant and it was taken care of quickly.

Review 5：The cooling system. Air conditioner went off everyday in the early evening. It was hot and sleeping became a problem.

They don't advertise having one, so do not misunderstand. I am merely commenting that that was the only thing I could see to make it better. Loved the place. Would stay again, as I said. :)
Review 25：The room was large and comfortable. My boyfriend and I really liked the decor - it was fun! The bed was very comfortable (a bit on the soft side, for those who like harder beds), and having two sinks (one inside the bathroom and another outside) was most helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!
Review 26：Wifi was just average, it was a bit slow and disconnected randomly. Very thin walls and you could hear all the noise from the parking lot if you're on the first floor.

Review 30：I am upset that you would't credit me the first night's stay when I told you we couldn't get out of the airport due to a ticketing issue. I had to pay for a hotel near my home airport and get up in the morning. If you add in this expense it makes the Safari Inn very expensive considering it doesn't have many ammenities. I think it's your job to advocate for your customers and I think you could have done more.
Review 31：I do wish there were individual microwaves in each room, rather than just one community oven in the laundry room. Also, as the nights were starting to cool down in September, having the pool heated just a smidge more would have been very pleasant for evening swims. Even so, there's nothing to complain about. It was a good stay, and we're happy we chose the Safari Inn.
Review 32：We needed a place to stay on short notice with our cats while our house was being fumigated for termites. We opted for the Safari as it is near my husband's office, and they had a very accommodating and reasonable pet policy. The room was clean and comfortable, we appreciated the charm of the 1960s neon and the pool, (particularly the little upper deck which overlooks the pool, with its little tables and chairs was quite sweet), we felt very safe, and the staff was friendly and supportive. It's not a "destination" hotel, but it's a great little spot all the same. Because I needed to be with the cats most of the time, I appreciated the many restaurants, manicure salons, massage places that were only a short walk away. A good experience, for sure.
Review 33：The location is a let down. Nothing close to walk to and no atmosphere whatsoever. If you need somewhere to sleep after a full day at Universal it's fine.

When I checked out the desk clerk charged to the wrong card (I used one to make the reservation and wanted to charge to another on check in.) My bank statement shows a different amount than the check out print-out. Billing is poor.

The area outside is a bit noisy due to traffic, but it is very close to restrooms. We had a real nice time.
Review 81：Suite room is great with full kitchen. Regular rooms are ok too butnothing special. Old style TV's and no microwave. Small refrigerator,but not very cold so hesitant to store food there. The staff members arepleasant and very professional. That is a big plus! I've been here forabout a week, and they have been immediately responsive to all my needs(extra sheets, batteries for the remote).
