Review 1：Room small and far too warm, with no air conditioning or fan provided. No bar or restaurant facilities mid-week meaning we had to drive into Spa after an already long journey.

Review 7：The location on the hillside outside spa with great views. The stylish bedroom in the loft with antique furniture and comfy beds. It snowed when we were there but the hotel and Bedroom were warm and cosy. We ate in the restaurant because of the snow and didn't regret it. Home cooked, original food for a good price.

Review 9：This was our second visit to this hotel. The first time we liked it, and this time we liked it even more. Beautifully decorated rooms, everything spotless clean, good breakfast. Great value for money.
Review 10：- very VERY rude staff - staff was dressed inappropriately to receive guests - despite hotel, no hotel services, like bar, room service, reception, etc - no information in the room or hotel about breakfast or dinner, or any other service of the hotel - restaurant only serves table d'hotes menu, which is not posted anywhere - family run hotel, but very little passion or feeling of hospitality - poor breakfast - breakfast only from 9h - 10h, without any warning or advertising in the hotel or room

Review 45：There was a lot of contradiction between the information provided and the services offered. Although the paperwork said we could eat in the hotel on the Thursday night, we were then told that the restaurant was only open on the weekend. Having also been told we could get an outside line on the phone in the room, we were then told we couldn't. The reviews said that it was a family run business who took great pride in their customer service. While the hotel was done out nicely and the man we spoke to wasn't rude, there was no sense of him being interested in even providing all of the services that were advertised, never mind going above and beyond....
