Review 1：Breakfast for foreign guest (I am from England) rather disappointing but OK for Thais, young restaurant staff helpful and pleasent

Review 2：Good quality accommodation, we had an up grade to suite, very comfortable and quiet. All young staff helpful and pleasant. Great view from top 11th floor.

Review 3：Staffs: they should have informed me about breakfast during check in. I left my luggage with front desk because i have couple hours before my flight, they kept all luggages behind reception counter with no tag, they have no proof to show who is the owner of each luggage.

Review 12：If you visit Ubon I would recommend this hotel that has everything, good locaion, very nice staff, very nice pool, really good gym, other activities like yoga, shopping mall. This hotel is one of the best I booked. Real value.

Review 18：Decent hotel in typical Thai town. The room I had was priced at £29 and was as nice as some rooms that have 5 or 6 times as much for. Of course, you pay for location but although Ubon is a bit off the beaten track, the hotel standard is good.

Review 21：This hotel is attached to a shopping mall and parking is situated in the mall car park. It is best to park on the second floor as this has direct access to the hotel. Check-in was a little long winded, although without a hitch. The room and bathroom were large and clean and well serviced with all requirements. Although the bed was comfortable, there was no sheet on the bed only a heavy duvet. So unless you had the air conditioning very cold, it was too hot to sleep under. This hotel also does not supply soap, any bath foam. There was a good selection of food for breakfast, both Thai and western, although the coffee service was of a very low standard, with no milk in that area and the saucers had run out. The sugar bowl was full of spilt coffee from others using the teaspoons that they stirred their coffee with. Although the bed was comfortable, I did not like were the fact that there was no sheet on the bed only a heavy duvet. So unless you had the air conditioning very cold, it was too hot to sleep under. We did not eat at the hotel for dinner as there were many Japanese restaurants in the shopping centre and we used one. The Wifi was free anthough difficult to log-on to the system. The basic room price of the hotel per night was Baht1500, and I thought this was quite expensive the what you get. I may stay there again, however to would definitely check out what else is available.
