Review 1：Lack of bars and bar staff in the winter - only one bar to cater for everyone and lack of heating

Review 2：I was upgraded to a suite because of mix up in booking. The room had lovely view of the sea and beach and the corner balcony was a lovely sun trap so even though the weather was cold I could sit out most of the day. New Years Eve Gala Dinner was fabulous and the entertainment excellent

Review 3：The different wrist bands never been to a hotel where guests were not treated equally it depended which agent you booked with .This entitled you to different drinks and no payment after 11 pm.In the fantancy suite when the bathroom light was switched on the shower which is in the bedroom came on In the family suite there is only 1 bathroom you have to go through another bedroom to use

Review 5：The cold in the hotel. No sound proofed rooms.The staff was not enough. In my opinion it should be closed during the winter since its not designed for cold days...most of the guests like us was with jackets all the time.

Review 7：It took more than one hour for us to be checked in. When we arrived we were told that there was a problem with the room I had booked (Fantasy Room) and that it wasn't available. They blamed Booking.com, and said that because it was only a reservation and I did not pay upfront, the room had been given to someone else. I had booked the room 4 months in advance! They should have had the room for me. The fantasy room was the main reason I chose this hotel. The girl at the front desk was not helpful, no one apologised to me and although she could speak English, she only spoke in Turkish. Also, this restaurant is NOT ultra all-inclusive. You must pay extra for original alcohol, extra for fresh orange juice and if you go to the disco, you must pay for all drinks if it is after 12am. I was so disappointed, that I am reluctant to go back - it is a lot of money and you don't get what is advertised.

Review 13：Not a bad experience just a suggestion. Even thought the weather was glorious during the day, at night it got cold and as there are few sheltered spots a heater or two would be nice if you want to go out for fresh air or for the smokers .

Review 24：I requested a late check in and out through booking.com...was sent aninvite email confirmation of this change and my check in and outmodified,yet when I got your the hotel they had no knowledge of it..alsothey then refused to say I could check out late and that bobooking.comcan not confirm late check out,and had to check out at 12pm instead ofthe agreed 17/18pm When modified..they were very unhelpful,rude andmade me feel as if I was lieing,so made them print the emails for themanager to get back to me,noone did,and then told I couldn't requesta late check out until the day of leaving,then I did,they said no theirfull and that booking.com should not of confirmed late check out..andthen they couldn't speak English and the man who could was justrude..also it was my birthday and my sister requested them to dosomething for my birthday,all went through only to get there and nothingwas done so my sister had to tell me the surprise and I had to ask forit all...the hotel was nice but..and my clothes were taken from the poolside and when asked if they were handed in as there was noone there Ithought would steal them..the same rude front reception man.made a 10seccall to tell me noone has handed them in..if this is ttrue..booking.comshould not confirm late check out as that spoilt my holiday and wethought we'd paid for this but was willing to pay more,had to take acold shower at the beach as we had no access to our rooms after 12..hangaround the hotel for 5 and a half hours,before travelling and waiting8)9hrs back to the uk with delays. I now have a flu and my sister hasrhemutheic arthritis has flared up...their communication skills withenglish are poor and the managers did not speak..not the happiest
