Review 1：Bathroom in general was a little disappointing. I won't go into detail but probably management could work on that a little.

Review 22：A few things could be improved: the duvet on the double bed is the size of a single - it's impossible to cover two people from foot to chest. It would be good to have teamaking facilities in the room. We absolutely hated the smell of tobacco smoke in the public areas of the hotel, and especially in the restaurant: although the smokers are kept outside, not enough is done to keep their smoke outside as well. And the bathrooms were designed by an idiot: the tiny glass screen is insufficient anyway, but when it's not placed between the shower and toilet, the results are even more disastrous than just making most of the room wet. Finally a suggestion: At the moment, so I was told, mainly locals use the day spa. As I see it, that's due to the opening hours. As a hotel guest, I would like to use the spa before breakfast, and/or before going to bed. With the spa open from noon until 8 P.M. neither are possible. I don't necessarily need treatments early or late, but I do want to use the sauna and the steam room at those times!

Review 23：Nicely decorated with hints of luxury, good facilities, good furniture, spacious rooms, well-stocked minibar, breakfast buffet, excellent restaurant, English-speaking staff, good location for travelers on their way to the airport, airport shuttle transfer service available, very friendly and helpful staff, and last but not least there's a very nice day spa

Review 24：Restaurant was not prepared for large groups. Food took very long to come and there was a long line at breakfast. Showers in the bedrooms didn't have shower trays so whole bathroom got wet when someone took a shower.

Review 25：Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly. Spa was quite nice and had a good massage. Location was good. Kids enjoyed the go Karting and the bowing facilities opposite the hotel.

Review 26：The staff were amazing, both reception and bar. My room was unbelievably clean. They knew we were coming with the kid, so we had the travel cot waiting in the room with tiny pillow and blanket and it was so cute. There was a little towel on it. The bathroom was spotless. The hotel was cosy and chic- attention to detail, nice curtains, balconies, breakfast was great and fresh. I will definately stay there on my visits to Plovdiv

Review 28：Everything- the staff members were very nice and helpful, the room was large and nice, the bed.. oh, that bed- we are a your couple and that was one of the nicest hotel room beds we have ever tried. The SPA: the facility is really good, comfortable sauna, hot steam bath, and the jacuzzi right between the two :) The best part of teh SPA was the massage- the massaging lady turned out to be not just some massaging girl but a professional therapist(from the talk I got that she has graduated it in the national sports academy). It was totally worth the price- it is not among the cheapest places to stay there, the cost was middle-ranged, but it was worth it and I will stay there again the next time.

Review 29：Confusion with the other Park Hotel, Plovdiv. In room, no tea or coffee facilities, Only one battery in the TV remote so useless. Bed covering too light but found a duvet in the wardrobe, thank goodness .

Review 30：Friendly staff. Good music mix down on the lobby. W-ifi fine and the staff were very attentive. Coffee nice and strong after a disastrous Ryanair flight to Plovdiv (rerouted to Thessaloniki and then 8 hour bus trip to Plovdiv !).

Good quiet aircon in room. All windows opened. Double aspect room. Lovely big room. Some friends were staying at the St Petersburg 5* hotel. They had a pool but it cost twice as much and their rooms were smaller with no balcony, flat sreen tv or saterlite channels! The Park View Hotel was better for half the price.
