Review 1：Only motel I ever used that did not have any pen/pencil and paper in the room to write down a phone number or whatever.
Review 2：Only motel available near Cornell on a busy university weekend (6 miles away).
Review 3：The room was smallish, one double bed. The building was older but well maintained. The room smelled fresh & it was clean. The complimnetary breakfast was cereal or yogurt. There was a good variety of cereal & it came in an individual good size cup, just add milk. The muffins were individually wrapped & tasty. Not the small bland ones you usually get. No room to eat, had to stand up or take back to room. Great location, we were going to a play at Cornell U. Good restaurant, the Antlers, just down the street. We would come back.

Review 10：I could hear the television and people talking in the next room. The floor above room 21 squeeked loudly every time someone walked across it. It was impossible to ignore as I tried to fall asleep.

Review 12：The walls are very thin between each of the rooms. The family that stayed next door to our room, must have had little children/babies even, as we were awoken at 5:30am to crying babies. Then again, the children woke screaming at 7:30am. I could hear the ac/heat kicking on and off from the room next door to ours. I could hear when someone opened up a door in the room next door to ours.

Review 17：We arrived in the afternoon, but had to wait 30 mins until they finished cleaning the room. The stairs is just in front of the door. when people use the stairs, it's noisy, especially at night.

Review 19：Water temperature in the shower was very inconsistent, it was constantly changing from freezing cold to scalding hot. The room was outdated as expected. But also had paper thin walls, was dusty in many areas, there was no fitted sheet on the bed - just a flat sheet and a mattress cover. There were many very dirty looking spots on the baseboards and bathroom door. The mattress was uncomfortable and there were only two flat pillows on the queen bed. All in all at over $90 a night it's way overpriced and I'll never go back. My advice is pay the extra $30 and stay at a nicer place.

Review 21：-Several times when we left our room briefly during the day we would return to find that all curtains and windows had been opened and the wall mounted AC unit had been turned off (and room had not been cleaned). -Only bathroom amenity was one tiny bar of soap and a couple of towels. -While very convenient to park car right in from of your room, it also meant less privacy.
Review 22：-Pleasant and friendly front desk staff/owner of property. -Great location very close to Cornell University. -Room was very clean. -WiFi worked great- this was greatest feature of property. -TV worked fine.
Review 23：Bathroom was very small: came with a shower stall, small hand wash sink -- it's like the sinks used in a restaurant kitchen for hand washing not big enough to wash your face as the faucet was in the way. Shower curtain was not clean had mildew. Booking site states room comes with refrigerator but there was none; when I ask about this, the staff said only the large and double rooms comes with a fridge and bath. I showed them my receipt that shows all the amenities that are included with the price I paid, but was told that they do not provide these items.

Stay away from this fleabag place.

Review 45：Decor was very dated and the room had a funny smell. I aired it out as long as I could (it was too cold outside to leave the windows open), and the fan in the heating unit was fairly loud. Eventually, the smell became less noticeable (or I got used to it). It might have been nice to have a microwave or at least some way to heat water for tea.

Location is east of the center of Ithaca, which can be good or bad depending on what you want to do. For getting to Cayuga Lake, the location wasn't very convenient, but this was not important to me.
