Review 1：Initially when I checked in the room had a running toilet that was so loud I couldnt hear myself think. I was transferred to another room that had an ant problem. I think their colony had taken over the hotel space. My 3rd room was OK. The lock on the door was broken but at least it didn't have a loud running toilet and an ant colony under the rug. For the price, it was good.

Review 6：Getting to this location is a nightmare, especially if you're not from this area. Plugged it in the navigation system and once you get to I-97 from 198, it tells you to make a u-turn at least several blocks before the actual turn. There's literally only one way in and one way out..so if you miss it then you can't go to the shopping center next to to access the hotel.

Review 15：Other rooms booked with young people partying screaming and pounding all night. The loud noises scared my children. We only got a hotel to sleep before our 10 hour car drive. The noise not to mention the dog barking all night made that impossible.

We liked the city, the ambience there and of course my husband enjoys the race track! We travel for business quite often so we frequent Red Roof Inns a lot and were very pleased that Laurel now had one! We travel with our pets so therefore it is very convienent to have such a good quality hotel with a no fuss pet policy! I could go on and on about how satisfied I am with Red Roof and all they have to offer! Keep up the good work Red Roof!!

Review 30：The air conditioner made so much noise that it was hard to fall asleep, and then occasionally throughout the night, it would make and even louder buzzing. The night window had a long line, which was awful, because somehow my key card was deactivated. Some lady in line nearly pushed me out of the way. This isn't the classiest clientele due to the extremely cheap price. And then there was really loud music in one of the rooms near mine.

Review 71：I'm a diabetic and always request a room with a refrigerator. My confirmation clearly indicated a room with a refrigerator and microwave and got two rooms without it. As soon as I realize it I call the night clerk and told her I needed to put my insuline and needed a room witoh a refrigerator. She ask me to come down to the office to show her my reservation. I went down and showed her and she said they had no rooms available. Why didn't she tell me that to start with. She wanted me to bring my insuline back down and put her in the refrigerator I told her it was no way I will leave my medicine in a refrigerator that it didn't know who had access to and that I may needed at night and could die before I could get to it. She said that was my problem if i died. There where two clerks there and I was told that the manager will review the tape to determine the veracity of my statement. That same night I contacted your customer service to report the incident. This has been the worst experience I had at any of the many hotels or motels I had stayed in my 72 years. I will post this review as soon as I return home. Will expect some to contact me regarding this incident.

Review 85：The first room we were given smelled terribly of cigarettes. We called down to the front desk, and were quickly given a different room. The second room was a bit better, but we could still smell cigarette odor. It's a shame because the motel is supposed to be a totally smoke-free place. I blame that on thoughtless, non-caring customers and NOT the motel chain. Once the smell gets into the fabrics in the room, it's there to stay. Additionally, when we entered the second room and I went to close the door, the inside door handle fell off in my hand. Not good.

There is no breakfast or continental breakfastand I'm a redicard member so where are the benefits to if you'reaccomodations are not satisfactorily met.
