Review 1：We got down to breakfast about 9am, and the counter was unkempt and some food items had not been replaced.

Review 3：A bit pricey for an Econo-Lodge even during summer travel season. Two nights on a weekend was nearly $300 which makes returning often difficult...too bad because the area has a lot to offer and would be better to go back over and over again if better priced

Review 4：Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Justin at the front desk....Above average breakfast with hot choices of scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, and pancakes from a never-seen-before cooker. Coffee was great and available 24 hours a day.....location was easy to find and easy on and easy off a main road with many conveniences and stores/restaurants close by....room was spacious and almost ideally clean (some dirt was missed but nothing major) and bathroom was well stocked and very clean as well.

Review 5：It appeared that hotel was housing people in transition. Felt like I was probably paying more than they were and thus, more than I should be paying. The WiFi was down more than up.

Review 11：This hotel feels more like a rooming house for the down and out than a stopping point for folks on the road. The room and furnishings were dirty, old and worn. The in-room refrigerator ran all night. The coffee was undrinkable. I would rate this hotel a 0. Apparently the lowest auto rating on booking.com is a 2.5.

Review 14：I had to pick my daughter up for the summer from Cornell in middle of May, so I was staying just one night. I made a last minute reservation and paid through the nose because that weekend was graduation at Ithaca College. I had paid for the room on my credit card, so at checkout I was told everything was ok (my mistake was not to ask for a bill at check out). When I got the card statement I was charged for 2 nights. Calling them to straighten this mess out was an excruciating experience. I was told that there was a two night minimum required but nowhere while booking did it say that and no one at the front desk informed me of that while checking in or out. I left several messages for the manager, but to this day no one has returned my call. I had to go to my credit card company to demand a refund of the additional night that I didn't stay. Very upsetting and disappointing.

Review 15：Check in staff (1 person) ignored me for five minutes while he was outside smoking. I saw him turn around and look at me standing at the front desk then turn around and continue gabbing with friends. The place is a bit hard to find, tucked in behind a shopping center, the bathroom is tiny and there was no place to park near our overpriced room.

Review 25：The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The mirror had dirty streaks on it. A comfortable chair was obviously missing from the "deluxe " queen room as there was an extra floor lamp with empty floor space where it would have been. The carpet in the hallways was old and dirty. We have stayed in cleaner, nicer rooms for a lot less. The 140 price tag was excessive. The desk clerk informed me on check out that my credit card was denied which turned out not to be the case at all. She took another card to swipe again. Ileft there feeling that I need to monitor my second card for extra charges. She was not very helpful and was busy on her phone and I felt I was an interruption.

Review 26：Compared to the many other places we stayed on our road trip through USA, this was the most expensive and for no apparent reason. The breakfast was also not something to look forward to.

Though coffee is offered in the lobby, I prefer being able to have coffee available in my room and not having to get dressed to go and get our first morning coffee and carry cups of hot liquid back to the rooms without it sloshing out onto our hands. Also there was no close captioning function for the TV and it's very hard to adjust volume so you don't disturb other guests but still be able to hear it and this is a real problem if one has hearing problems. However this particular issue we've encountered at other hotels and it makes no sense; CC function does not cost anything.

Review 29：bathrooms were clean, rooms clean and beds were comfortable. We really like having the fridge so we were able to take our cooler packs and drinks and keep them cold.

Review 30：Small rooms and bathroom. During my one night stay, the wifi cannot be connected. The front desk said they are working on this problem. But I still cannot connect to wifi when I checked out.

Review 35：The location was convenient for our one night stay while traveling between two state park campgrounds. The rooms were comfortable and met our needs. The staff was friendly and recommended a local restaurant for dinner. Breakfast selection had a good variety. There was a problem with the plumbing that shut down water for the entire motel while it was being fixed. The manager discounted our stay. When I came home I checked my credit card statement and found I had been charged for both rooms, not just one. It only took one phone call to the motel to have it corrected. Things sometimes break and mistakes happen but they took action to make everything right. You can't ask more than that.

Review 36：The room was way over priced. I realize it was the beginning of the school year but I feel very cheated. The halls wreaked of cigarette smoke and I don't dare to guess what else. The bathroom was so small I kept hitting my arms. I would rather sleep in my vehicle than to return.

Review 37：Housekeeping took hand towels that were dirty but didn't leave clean ones to replace them. Also was hit or miss on emptying trash. Pillows were small and bed was hard!

Review 39：The hotel smelled and we had a smoking room that was very smelly. We had to purchase air freshener snd leave the window open all night. We paid $ 150 which was quite excessive for what we got.

Review 40：They are in the middle of remodeling so some leeway is given, but the main halls had a musty smell, the bathroom in the room was cramped and needed an update, and the air conditioner made the room smell a bit. For $135 a night it was a bit lacking... Hopefully the remodel addresses these issues. Although it was not a terrible experience, the word "mediocre" sums it up.

Review 41：The staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good for what it's worth. Wifi, tv and cable good for the value.

Review 42：Blanket was sheet thin. Very slow basin drain. No hair conditioner. Couldn't re-enter from 2 side doors because didn't work ("waiting for parts") so had to use front entrance where there was construction. Construction started early morning - asphalt fumes were unbearable. Couldn't hear TV or talk on phone due to equipment noise. Had to leave earlier than anticipated due to the maintenance noise/fumes that started about 8 am. Should have scheduled it between 11am-3pm when guests are supposed to be gone.

Review 44：their was construction going on. noisy and lots of workers around front entrance and lobby. The next day the whole lobby smelled badly of very strong paint. I guess it has to happen sometime, but a heads up would have been appreciated.

Construction chemical smells and noises are headache triggers for many. Very inconvenient to not be able to enter the side door when my room was the first one inside it. Very inconvenient!

Review 119：Ithaca is a small town and so there is not much choice and hotels are more expensive than one would expect. The hotel was busy and somewhat noisy as I could hear guests walking around in the room above. Also, there is limited seating in the breakfast area.

Review 120：The hotel is comfortable and in a good location and the staff was very helpful. Late on my second night there was some type of maintenance problem with the room on the second floor above. Water started pouring down through the ceiling fan in the bathroom.from above. The staff at the front desk quickly came to help clean up and relocate me to another room.
