Review 1：We just needed a place for a night before going to Laos but the staffhere were lovely. In the morning the young man at the front desk droveus to the bus station after his shift ended to get our tickets forPakse and then brought us back to the hotel to relax for an hourbefore another staff member called a taxi for us. Very little Englishspoken but they used the Google translation and went out of their wayto be helpful.

Review 7：Had read other blogs say it was out the way but I found the location good walk to mini shop and restaurant just down the lane .I hired a car the second day to drive out to the country the staff helped me source a good company they were always very helpful free parking at the back good price I had a family room 4 adults 2 small children and we all fitted and slept well .I will stay here again.

Review 10：The Excella was a little hard to find. It was at the end of the designated street and a little jog to the left. The signs along the entry road could have been larger or more colorful to draw attention.
Review 11：We arrived early, at 11:30 AM and were immediately shown a first floor room. I am handicapped, but the hotel easily accommodates a handicapped person. The double bed was glass enclosed and the air conditioning was inside, so one had two comfort zones. My care-giver driver got an extra blanket and slept on the couch. The bathroom was well designed for a handicapped person. I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchen although we had no need to use it. The breakfast area, near the front desk was well staffed and the food was plentiful and excellent. Parking was behind the hotel and covered, which proved helpful as a deluge descended on Ubon the night we were in town.

Review 15：We stay here nearly 2 weeks, many things in this hotel making us feel like a home. All staffs are lovely kindness and friendly. One thing that always making us smile when we return in the evening is the towel craft on the bed. They were nices and difference every day.
