Review 1：The condition of the room. Bed was lopsided and you could feel the coils in the bed and the room had a musty smell. Pool was under construction and there's no workout room. Computers run very, very slowly.

Review 2：Staff was very helpful and nice. This made up for EVERY thing that was unsatisfactory with the hotel.

Review 3：paying extra to have microwave & mini fridge. Beds need to be replaced. Rooms need to be updated. They need to fix the electrical outlets. can I say FIRE TRAP !

Review 5：The pool looked dirty, the hot tub was broken, there were panels in the hallway that were missing due to leaking pipes, in our room the shower head had to be forced into the massage mode, the light/fan in our bathroom was broken, the bed was like a lumpy, marshmallow trampoline, and the complimentary toiletries were nearly nonexistent, and the outside security door didn't always shut unless you slammed it.

Review 17：Would have liked hot oatmeal for breakfast. Instant was available, as were eggs, sausage and gravy, and waffles, along with cold cereal. So it was adequate...it's just that it would be nice to have a healthy choice like that.

Review 43：A guest down the hall was smoking in the building, and because the vent fan in my room was broke, all the smoke came into my room. I asked to switch rooms, but was told they were fully booked. The heater/air conditioner unit didn't work either. One of the beds must have been old because there was a very large dip in the middle that I practically fell into every time I layed down. The room was not clean. When we first walked into the room we found a small shower kit and facial cleaning wipes in the shower. I was told by the front desk that their house keeping staff was short handed so my wife ended up cleaning the bathroom herself. We stayed there for four nights and our room was never cleaned, nor was our sheets ever changed. I spoke with the front desk several times about my situation and was never offered a solution or even a discount for the lack of serviced. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had and we will never stay there again.
