Review 1：The motel was old, dilapidated and dingy. It reeked of old stale cigarettes and the elevator was pretty banged up and had seen better days. I didn't want to shower there as I didn't think I'd feel clean. Found someplace else to stay. Not worth what I paid. Disaster!

Review 4：This place sucked. Dead cocroches and lights didnt work properly. Beds had stains and power outlets didnt work. The room smelled gross. Bed was broken.

Review 5：The entire place was dirty, sticky, grimy, rundown, not maintained or showed poor, do-it-yourself attempts at insufficient maintenance. We were afraid to touch anything! Food area not serviced properly to usual hotel standards.

Review 9：The front desk would change the prices and rules every other day. Towelswere not in the room after waiting hours to check in Front desk before3pm check out is rude and will change prices and rules just to do it.

Review 19：The room was FILTHY. Debris in sight in the air vent/heat/cooling system, the floor hasn't been vacuumed in the corners, sticky stuff on the bedside table. The rest of the furniture was run down and awful looking. I felt like I should keep an eye out for bugs! The elevator was broken and didn't work our whole stay so we had to pack our luggage up stairs...not cool.

The tub drained very slowly & there was some form of residue in the tub. The pillows were awful & the fixtures in the room were very outdated. They had extremely limited staff & both mornings when we went down for breakfast @ 8 am there was no more food left. The juice came out as water & because the front desk attendant was on her own dealing with guests checking out she could not take care of replenishing the breakfast items. It was definitely way overpriced & sad to see the staff working in such challenging circumstances. I think they would care more & be able to do their jobs better if they were better supported by owners & management.

Review 63：My children loved the breakfast in the morning, they got make their own pancakes......The wifi was so-so but good enough for them to play on their tablets.

Review 64：Neighborhood is sketchy. On one side is a storage center, the other side has commercial property. Not easy to get out of the parking lot during traffic surges. The entrance was dirty, stained. Front check in staff kept me waiting while the phone was answered and talking with other staff.

I am now at the "Americas best value inn Hayward / Union City that you recommended to me. I am on the third floor in room 302. This is especially convenient since it is close to one of the two STAIRCASES available. (The elevator is not in service) I was going to take this opportunity to update my iPad and iPhone But you need to be plugged in WITH WIFI to access this feature. So, 3rd floor, no elevator, no wifi, no pool, no spa? What's Not to Like? I'm Not Happy, Not Pleased, Not Satisfied. But I am now tired and bummed. Thank you. Jeff
