Review 1：Not a bad experience but it would be better if there was another towell collection nearer for the people who are in the annexe and using the pool nearest them rather than have to walk over get towels and then all the way back to where they were . Not sure if you can do one night stays any more which would be a shame because that is what we like doing and it is one of our favourite hotels in the area for a special overnight stay

Review 3：on arrival i had made a mistake when re booking and booked rubi hotel nearby by mistake was very destressed as this was a birthday present for my friend who was with me hoped the reception staff could help no said you must contact booking .com no internet axcess as we had no room our phones did not connect to the english no in dismay we contacted my husband who phoned for us great service from booking.com who said will phone you back in 10 min i hour later we contacted the desk again no offer of a drink or anything desk manager said the booking department had not been contacted this was not trus as they had told us they were waiting for answer from hotel more calls to booking.com another nice lady said she would contact them again 2 hours total desk said it sorted go for something to eat. .Second problem the room was a land view the noise day and night is unreal told them but they only offered us a downgrade so we stayed in the room it was beautiful .This hotel is not cheap it caters for a large number Russian . client who did not pay much more than us to fly in from Russia and stay for one week . We stayed 2 days and were glad to return to alanya where we live to get some sleep.

Review 4：hotel is beautiful staff wonderful great cocktails all imported whiskeys beach restaurant the best menu freshly cooked and waiter service the night entertainment is superb

Review 5：The dining room for the buffet was really busy and there did not seem to be enough staff to clear the tables quickly so you had to look hard to find an unused table. it would be nice to have milk as well as coffeemate in the bedrooms for those who like milk in their tea!

Review 6：This was my 3rd overnight stay at this lovely hotel. The staff are pleasant and helpful, the food was good and plentiful and varied in the open buffet . the room was spotless and the mini bar well stocked with soft drinks and water
