Review 1：We stayed during aidil adha/ kurbanlik bayram. We booked a room for 3 adults since we have 4 children. The manager during that particular day upgraded to a larger room with jacuzzi and with an extra matress given- no extra payment of course. The room is awesome. New modern design room decoration and nice beds. Really enjoy staying there. Regular turkish breakfast. There was complimentary drinks and cookies during registration. I really like the furnitures and decoration in the lobby. Very modern and artistic. Location is great and vibrant. Will definitely staying there again
Review 2：The crew who served the breakfast where unfriendly and rude. Also the bathroom had an air conditioning tunnel that was shared with many other rooms and you can hear people talking.
Review 3：The reception were helpful and kind. The room size was good, they bed were comfy and the location was superb mins away from the sea and the markets.
Review 4：The area was experiencing a lot of power outages- no fault of the hotel, but annoying nonetheless.

Review 8：Wifi was a little weak at times. The breakfast spread was dismal. This might be due to it being the first day of Bayram (probably kitchen staff were on leave, markets were closed).
Review 9：We were given a corner room on the 5th floor. The room was spacious and had full-length windows offering a wonderful view of the Black Sea Coast. Plenty of television channels with good reception. The staff, in particular the valet (we parked at the hotel), were warm and courteous. Hotel is in a central location where the Gazi Museum and F&B places were within short walking distance.
