Review 1：Upon arrival (dinner time, not late) the front desk person was asleep laying on the desk in the back. At checkout there were several staff members & someone came out of the office to tell someone to do their job but did not acknowledge us. The "clean" towels had long dark hair on them. The carpet was visibly dirty. The staff in the waterpark was friendly but they didn't want to do their job at the top of the waterslide & kept telling my kids to go do something else. The breakfast was so cold & disgusting that the second day of our stay we went elsewhere for breakfast. There wasn't even any coffee ready at 8am. Not to mention that the floor was so sticky in there that my shoes literally stuck to the floor if you stood still too long.

The beds were somewhat hard, and towels were short and rough. The front desk staff was not customer service oriented. Free breakfast was over at 9:00 AM, too early for someone on leisure. Though I booked online requesting the Waterpark package, I found out that my accommodations price did not include it. So the room rate went up in order to get it once on sight. Disappointing! I'll stay at the Windhym property next time.

Review 21：Truly awful. The room was clean enough- can't complain about filth.The hotel is very shabby and outdated but workable. The breakfast ispassable. They claim to have a heated indoor pool but they do not. Whatthey have is a freezing indoor pool and no concern for keeping theirpromises. We chose this hotel because of it's location and be causewe wanted a heated, indoor pool for our kids to enjoy. The shiveringand tears were heartbreaking. We stayed for 4 days and asked threetimes for them to warm up the pool. Finally on our last night theyturned on some warm water for about 10 minutes before shutting it offagain. It had barely warmed up. Heat your "heated" pool orclose it. Period. The manager doesn't come to work until after check-out, presumably to avoid the plethora of angry guests as they leave, soI stopped in to complain on my way home. She looked at me like she hadno clue why I should be upset and offered me a few dollars back to makeup for their huge failure. I ended up getting a whole night's worthback, although I am still waiting to see the transaction reflected inmy back account.Each disappointment on it's own is easily overlooked. Considering the experience as a whole- this place needs to be shut down and rebooted by people who take pride in their work and understand the hospitality industry.

Review 23：The comforters were both stained, the bathrooms had mild on the faucet and in the shower, there was water damage to the bathroom ceiling,the carpet was dirty,and the rooms and hallways could use a coat of paint.

Review 26：Sat on the bottom of the bed and it completely flipped over on us, dingy room, pool water was cold, had to pay extra for the water park, blankets smelled bad and were dry rotted, room door had to be pulled closed, WIFI didn't work half the time, refrigerator was coated with frost, room was not restocked the following day, towels were scratchy. Overall a bad room!

Review 28：Only three electrical outlets were working. The light bulb in the lamp next to the mirror would blink at night when all lights were out. Took light bulb out each night. The end of the hair dryer cord was cracked and sparked when using. Thankfully, I brought mine. The ice machine had no ice second day of staying.

Review 45：This reservation was supposed to be a suite but all it was were very crowded 2 adjoining rooms. Every time we came to the door the cards had deactivated. The cable was fuzzy and you had no sound, WIFI only worked the first night. Second bathroom soap dish fell off the wall and the air conditioner made such horrible noises, we shut it off. Breakfast was the same everyday - powered eggs in a circle, sausages that looked uncooked, butter substitute that was melted and oily and jam/jelly that wouldn't spread or come apart. Had waffles with imitation syrup and oily substituted margarine. Beds were never changed and rooms didn't look too clean - food underneath the furniture.

There was a severe water leak in the bathroom that covered our toothbrushes we could not use them. Housekeeping did not respond to our notification of the mess in our room. I am truly surprised at the lack of response to our dilemma.

I chose this hotel mainly because of the indoor water park. At the from desk they informed me that this information was in the website and that I needed to pay an additional Fee per person to enter in the water park.

Review 75：My husband and I brought 2 of our grandchildren with us. The rooms werevery old, paint on the curtins, water stains on the lamp shades, mold inthe bathrooms, ceiling was cracked and falling in one of the bathrooms.It was very dingy and kindof depressing. The water park could have beenalot of fun, first some of the people working there were rude and mean.And when I told the front desk about it , they just said "Oh"that was it. But the water park was very dirty also. For what we paid weshouldn't had to pay so much for that water park and to make anolder person pay all that to just sit there. And the pool area was justas bad. I will never stay there again. I felt so bad that #1 I wasted mymoney on this and this is my only get away this summer. But we tried tospend as much time away from the hotel as possible.. When we checked outand the person asked about our stay and I said not happy- All she had tosay was- Oh Good. Like she wasnt even listening.

Review 87：Was told upon arrival pool kept very warm. When we used the pool later that evening, it was very cold. Another couple was complaining and most of our group would not get in. Told next a.m. we should had told someone to turn up the temp. How long would we had to wait.? And also people were probably opening the exterior doo too often. How were they to get in/out of building?? Ran out of eggs & breakfast meats 1 1/2 hour prior to end of breakfast. Our group did not get any. I'm sure the day prior they knew they did not have enough food for our breakfast. after I complained they apologized and when asked for a form to state send to corporate, they returned from another room telling me they would give us a discount on our room. This was appreciated but with these 2 problems it really made our stay a poor experience and we probably will never stay at any of your hotels again.

Review 113：In our first room the refrigerator wasn't working and had standing water in the bottom and had leaked on top of the dresser leaving a big puddle. The air conditioning made a terrible noise/rattle nonstop. They moved us into a different room and in about 5 minutes a lady and her son unlocked the door and started into our room, which could have been a disaster. The TV reception was lousy, the picture was snowy and not clear.

Review 127：The room could have been a little cleaner. Found a urine stain on the toilet bowl before we used it. The room also had some large lump under the carpet close to the bathroom that we kept tripping over. We stayed in room 251. I told the house keeper on my way out the next morning because she said she could take our keys so we would not have to go to the lobby. She said the owners are aware of the lump in the carpet. I told her that it is a hazard especially at night when you are trying to walk to the bathroom in the dark. I tripped over this lump a half a dozen times and we only stayed over night. If you don't want to fix the carpet then do not rent this room out because someone could get hurt. We did not complain to management about the carpet or ask for a new room our child was asleep when we checked in at 10pm and we left the next morning around 10:30am so we dealt with it. If I didn't have a young child asleep I would have asked for a different room.
