Vikingen Infinity Resort&Spa sells fast on our site. Located at the seafront, the Vikingen Infinity Resort&Spa has a half-mile private beach with a jetty, and free lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. The resort features an outdoor pool, children’s pool, 7 water slides, and spa facilities.
Featuring carpeted floors, the rooms at the Vikingen Infinity include a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a minibar. Each room has a private balcony. Some rooms also offer a spa tub and sea views.
The main restaurant has breakfast, lunch and dinner in open buffet style. There are 3 sit-down restaurants serving Ottoman, Italian and Far East cuisine. The bars serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There is also a wine house on site.

Review 1：Slippery and wet floors that could cause falls and break bones. Lots of flies all around even in my glass of wine.

Review 3：Pools, beach, all other facilities are very good. Food was very good. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, all were very good. Meals are very tasty, delicious, lots of choices. Rooms are big enough, clean, furnitures are new.

Review 8：Hotel disco has too much noisy music untill 2 pm, actually I was disturbed, the alcohol of the drinks at the hotel have low quality, just I could drink beer and Turkish raki, remain was terrible.Some of my friends came to hotel for visit me, but hotel management did not let them inside the hotel because of they have not passports on them, it was strange , so I have never seen this kind of a behave in the world, why people should carry their passport with them, that's terrible funny. The hotel's transportation service which calls Cartier transport shuttle demanded 35 tl from us asairport shutlle service, also they got some other turkish citizen in front of Alanya municipality, and they demanded 15 Tl for each of them, although we came to the other hotel 5 min .later, for picking up some foreign tourists and this time they got 30 tl as each from them so It was strange , why the other customers have paid 15 tl , and we have paid double up, it is ab normal situation, I felt my seşf as idiot.

Review 9：Actıually hotel is perfect , Iiked the kitchen , and dishes too much, the roooms has too much comfort, beach and the pier is nice , also the sea has blue flag.

Review 10：-bad food smell in room in block2, room 2601 -quality of drinks is bad, the drinks are no name brands -too crowded in every location - only one restaurant for thousands of people - unfriendly reception- we were not accepted into the hotel because we did not have our child's ID with us and we had to make a big scene to be accepted - staff speak every language but Turkish. - they did not prepare any invoice to us during check out claiming that the accounting department office is 10 km away!

Review 12：Hotel is focus on getting as much as possible and giving as less as possible. Service is terrible quality of food very low everything should be inclusiv and avaiable and reality is that you have to wait fot everything and if you are lucky maybe you get it (icecream, food. Restaurant a la carte) We paid more than agreed because they charge us double. Service is terrible they blocked our hotel card because they have not seen payment which we of course done. Facility is good for 200 people but they have 1000 guest so you just stay in line instead of laying on the beach allinclusive = all limited in this hotel

Review 15：Absolutely had the best time at this hotel. Everything was new, clean and very modern. I felt so relaxed in the bed. The ambience from the balcony was superb. The food quality, the spa & wellness centre, the beach, the pool and entertainment team were amazing. I rate this hotel a 10/10 - I am definately going back to visit Alanya. I certainly enjoyed my time here and did not want to travel back home, thank you :)

Review 25：Good helping staff. Party bus is great idea to go party in Alanya and to feel safe because there was with us hotel staff. Hotel was amazing and food also. Only negative thing was that we had 3 women on our holiday and we got quite small room. Me and my friend slept in a same bed whole week, not nice. Also there should be free Wi-Fi. If not on the rooms maybe even on the lobby. But still we really enjoyed our holiday in Vikingen Infinity :) Maybe we will come back some day!

Review 26：The whole concept of this hotel has moved the standards higher for all future resort hotels of a similar standard and size. The layout inside and outside the hotel enabled you to find a quieter place most of the time. The food and quality of drinks was excellent.

Review 27：This hotel was overbooked when we got there on our first day. We were sent to another 4 star hotel after waiting for several hours and they didn't want to compensate in anyway. All we could get was som turkish coffee and free internet. We weren't the only ones! And the people working in the reception were awful and not understanding. The supervisor, Vilet I think he was called, is the most arrogant supervisor I have ever seen!!!! This was definetly not 5 star service. Conclusion the hotel is crowded and you could get better for that price.
