Review 1：The toilet roll holder is located under sink. Which is a tad inconvenient when sitting on the toilet. The breakfast could have been a lot better and the place was a bit of a ghost town but i put that down to us being the only guests at the time.no iron which would have been helpful

Review 2：The room was a large size, clean and comfortable. The shower was wonderful. The view from our room was lovely. We didnt eat in the restaurant because buffet tacos was not what we wanted as a romantic dinner but it is a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. We will definately be returning

Review 3：Unfortunately, we arrived at the end of the season, so apart from breakfast the restaurant and bar were closed during our stay.

Review 4：We were greeted by cheery staff who directed us to our room which was extremely comfortable. The views from the balcony were amazing especially at sunset! Excellent room facilities which included a very good Italian espresso coffee machine. The location, adjacent to the marina was perfect and ideal for walks along the beach. Across from the hotel were a chocolate cafe and an amazing restaurant, 'Seasalt'. We highly recommend both to future visitors.

Review 5：The restaurant was closed, and the only restaurant available was the nearby hotel, of average quality - we were not told this when we booked. Bedroom facilities were poor, no desk. Light switch in shower room was loose. There was no pressure in shower. No hairdryer. Trolleys loaded with soiled towels on balcony adjacent to bedroom. Hotel appeared to be closed up after breakfast. Contact Phone number did not work.

Review 8：Had a 2 night stay. Excellent location at Färjestaden, nice modern room with a great view over the pier. The restaurant had a limited menu, but the courses we tried were to our satisfaction.

Review 9：The people at the hotel were superb. As an example, the hotel's wifi was not working, so the owner, Michael, let us borrow the hotel's business router in the evening. Stina helped with everything to make the stay wonderful. To top it off the restaurant prepared a delightful dinner.

Review 12：I took a drive thur Sweden and discovered the charm of the country. To my delight, I found the island and the hotel was the cherry on top. It was a new room with alot of space. Must rooms for Stockholm south were super small. This room was like being a home.

Review 13：The setting on the water allowed us to watch the sun set from our balcony. Michael the owner and his staff are so accommodating. The dinner Patrick prepared for us was outstanding. The hotel is newly remodeled and a pleasant place to stay.

Review 14：Room smaller than pictured but still comfortable. Needed to keep windows shut because there are no screens but lots of bugs, although room was air conditioned.

Review 18：A small pub next door played live music until midnight on the Friday evening (night before ironman). Our room was quite warm and the airconditioning was quite loud. The combination of room temperature and live music meant that we didn't sleep very well on the Friday. Fine for Ironman spectators but maybe not so great for competitors.

Review 19：Location, staff and food were great! Right next to a small beach and a playground. Easy and frequent public transport to and from Kalmar. We were able to see our 'Ironman' twice during the cycle leg and he passed right next to the hotel.

Review 20：A brand new hotel with a very nice room décor and design. Location at the small harbour with view over the sea is awesome romantic. The kitchen is very good and the hotelier welcomes the guests personally. Really to recommend and to come back for a repeating stay.

Review 22：The location is perfect! We were right on the water with a sea view and a nice breeze. The room was spacious and decorated with modern decor. We enjoyed the balcony and the restaurant downstairs was very good and convenient. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We will definitely return to Kaj 4 on our next trip to Oland! Highly recommended!
