Review 1：Air conditioner noisy.
Review 2：Ambience. Unique architecture. Cleanliness. Large bathroom with good hot shower. Verandah adjacent room with table and chairs. Private car park at the back. Breakfast choice largest we have experienced so far.
Review 3：This is our first time in Kastamonu and our first trip with our 2 year old twins. The hotel is just perfect. Good location, perfect service, excellent food, cozy atmosphere, authentic and romantic atmosphere, just relaxing. They made all their efforts so that we feel great. And they gave extra free beds for our children. I can suggest that hotel to everyone who is searching for a hotel in Kastamonu.
Review 4：We would stay here again. However there is no air conditioning. The window can be safely opened as it has security bars and screens, but I would be concerned about comfort in hotter months of the year. Anyway, we liked it here and had a great time.
Review 5：Lovely restoration of an old han - a very historic location in a town full of history. Room had enough space to move around and good WiFi. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. My spouse speaks Turkish so I cannot comment on whether staff speaks English or other languages. Breakfast was wonderful, with many items made personally by the very friendly chef.

Review 7：The hotel is unique and well done. It's one of the oldest hotels in the world and has a great feel to it. The staff is friendly and service oriented. Rooms comfortable.

Review 9：Exquisite ancient Han experience, combined with the quality of a five star hotel. The rooms and facilities were authentic and captured the genuine atmosphere. It was located in the heart of the city, so shopping was easy. The breakfast was phenomenal. This is a place you must stay at, even with kids!!
Review 10：The Inn has been restored with care. The owner is present and attentive. The breakfast served with fresh local ingredients daily. The menu changes. Very tasty. The chef delightful. The Inn was very quiet at night. Could hear myself breathing.
Review 11：-Rooms have their original narrow deep windows, which make them very hot at all times. -No ACs. -Don't expect internet in rooms (guess it's the thick stone walls). -Restaurant wasn't serving dinner coz some govt official was going to visit next day lunch time!

Review 19：Their original online map was completely wrong. I complained at the desk and they said they knew it was wrong (so why hadn't they changed it?) I told them I would complain about it to booking.com. It has since been corrected. Lots of little annoyances added up: mildew in the bathtub, no chair or suitcase stand in the room, only one water glass for two guests, no comfortable place to sit and read at night (open air courtyard too chilly at night, but their lounge was closed for a rotary meeting (although I saw only two or three people inside, and lots of tempting arm chairs). Parking very constrained; hotel staff served as valet but with some trouble. No tourist maps. Slow to respond to requests to help our disabled friend get her luggage down the stairs. Considering the cost of the hotel compared to many other places we've stayed in Turkey over the years, they could have done better. Too bad since the location and building itself are excellent.
