Review 1：Not all cleaning staff speak English (although we are in the USA) and thus there was a miscommunication and our room was not cleaned for two days! (Manager did recompense one of six nights.) WiFi was not available for more than 24 hours. At other times it was spotty at best. The most egregious incident involved a staff member from Maintenance. The hair dryer was burning hot because the fan was not working well overheating the unit. I called for a replacement and was told one would be brought up. However, the maintenance staff appeared only to check on it and returned ten minutes later with a replacement unit. Since we were about to leave the room we did not want him to install it unless we were in the room. He blatantly responded by saying "Ok, so you don't trust me" and walked off. I explained that in the past, I have had experiences of theft while a maid or maintenance staff worked in the room sometimes leaving the room to be unattended, thus allowing anyone to just walk in. There was no need to place us in a position to have to explain this to this rude maintenance staff member. While it is a descent hotel, I will not be a return guest in the future.

Review 16：I have stayed here twice. The location is good and the staff are nice. The breakfast has a waffle maker, bagels and cream cheese, muffins, coffee, ect. The place has a nice family vacation atmosphere.

Review 17：I asked for a quiet room, which it was quiet until morning when maids and maintenance are rather noisy. Breakfast did have coffee, donuts, toast, bagels and a waffle maker, but no eggs or meat of any kind. Also, gave mention about the alarm clock last visit and had some problem just not as bad, my boyfriend send there is an electrical problem and that is why the alarm clock give static like it is radioactive.

Review 21：I stayed in the building facing the street and they could use some soundproofing because it's a busy street -- new windows and some weather stripping under the door would have been good. There were only 10 TV channels available.

Review 22：Location was close to where we needed to be and close to the freeway we needed to get there. Nice and clean, plenty of parking. The reason to stay here is Robert, the concierge. Absolutely charming and helpful. I was traveling with my elderly parents for Thanksgiving and he adopted them. He saved them a table every morning at breakfast and bent over backwards to do anything he could think of to help them. He was wonderful!

Although some things had been updated in our room, the curtains, couch and carpet were old and dirty looking. The air conditioner produced an unpleasant odor. Review 30：Horrible place to stay with lazy employees who only want a check! I was moved to three diffrent rooms due to lake of hygeen in the place! And when i complaned and asked to be moved to an upgraded room i was told i was fishing for a suit! So then i asked for my money back he stated that it would be refunded but that i could not have a receipt! Later i was charged $50 that were unotherrized!and the man at tge desk wouldnt even leave his post to come check on the rooms to see what i was complaining about. And unwilling to contact the owner so he could possibly better assist us! All in all a teribble place to consider when u walk in the place it screams cheap and unkept save your money and pay the diffrence and this is coming from someone who isnt verry pickey this place just puts a nasty taste in my mouth Beware

Review 32：The room smelled, it was about 100 feet from the freeway exit and you could hear traffic all night, there were no washcloths, the towels were stained, the sink and shower drain in the main bathroom were both clogged and had to be fixed, the breakfast consisted of fresh waffles (yum) and basically a bunch of packaged muffins and donuts there were removed fro packages and placed on trays.

Review 34：We got there about 10 minutes before 3 to check in, was told we couldn't check in until 3 pm because the rooms weren't ready, then right at 3 a couple walked right up to the counter and was able to check in despite myself and another family that was already waiting. My boyfriend and I wanted to have breakfast there, the first day we tried to go you really couldn't tell what they were serving, there wasn't that many tables for as many guests as there were. While our room seemed to be in great location, when they were serving breakfast we could hear all of the guests, it sounded like they were right outside our room, yet we were on the 2nd floor and they were on the ground floor patio. Another thing is there was only one small trash can in the room and the wall outlets aren't placed very well.

Review 38：Surrounded by main streets which made it super noisy. The door has a little gap which in combination with the thin windows sound like they were open the whole night. Only got one bath towel in the room which had either green stains or mould - did not want to look too close. Ancient TV with few channels. Hairdryer didn't work.

Review 39：We were there for my wedding and didn't want housekeeping in the room while we were gone. There didnt seem to be enough staff to clean the whole hotel, and they never came when we asked. So over the 4 days, I had my room cleaned only once and had to get towels for myself from the front desk twice. Also one of the 2 shower heads in our suite didn't work right (no pressure) so we all used the same shower.

Review 40：The beds were very comfortable, the hot water lasted forever, and the included breakfast was good. Especially the waffles! The lady in the gift center was also very helpful. She helped us arrange a ride for my friend from the airport so we didn't have to drive back out to LAX.

Review 43：While the room was clean and the grounds were well kept. There wasn't much in the way of vending machines available. One had to leave just to get a soda or any munchies. The cable was practically non existant. Just two lousy HBO channels that played childrens movies that were more than a decade old, and the other that also played years old movies that went straight to DVD rental. The only other chanels were a few local chanels. No ESPN, No Monday night or Thursday night football, no pay-per-view, no nothing. You re stuck with nothing to watch, not even music, nothing. I went there to relax and take a few days off. Although the staff was great, I was ready to leave after the first night.

Review 50：Family Friendly Hotel with a pool in the middle. We had a room upstairs facing the pool and while there were kids in it making a lot of noise you could hear from outside the room, inside the room we did not even notice the noise. The staff was friendly and pleasant. Our room was clean.

Review 57：This place was fantastic! We normally stay at another hotel because of the inexpensive price range. It was booked, so we ended up here. For only a little more money we got a whole lot more comfort, cleanliness, and friendlier staff. This is our new place to stay when we go to Knotts!

Review 58：Clean beds. The bathrooms are the second thing someone notices. The shower curtain kept opening, getting water all over the floor. Baseboards are warped. freezer in the fridge was leaking all over.

We have three phones and my son's iPad. First day only two phones got connected. After talking to the staff we were told that 4 devices were authorized. Review 85：Arrived to find about 30 gnats in the room. No microwave or refrigerator. First time on the freeway side of property - kinda loud.

Review 86：Ice machine didn't run out of ice. Close freeway access and short drive to Disneyland. Once I killed the gnats, there weren't additional bugs.

It is right by the freeway entrance to go back and forth to Disneyland which was very convenient. It qas also very close to a shopping center and other attractions.

Review 105：I booked for two queen beds. When we got there the staff said there was a mistake, that our room was given away and tried to give us a room with one queen bed and a very small and uncomfortable looking sofa bed. We had two teenage boys, and told them No, that will not work. They found us a room, right next to the off ramp of the freeway! Not the best spot, very noisy all night,but traveled over 8 hours and very tired so we took it.

Review 106：I reserved a king suite and got a a two queen room. And I was there at the time they started checking in. Nice friendly staff awesome but I was itchy in the room I hope it was due to something else but I doubt it . I started itchin as soon as I get there . I hope I get a better room next time, well the one I reserved

Review 107：Faucet and tub had only hot water, AC made weird squeaky noises (big problem for light sleepers like me,) our key didn't work on the 2nd night of our stay (huge problem with a sleeping child and coming back at midnight,) coffee maker was dirty, and TV color was off (everything was blue.) Checking in, the front desk lady was on the phone laughing as if talking to a personal friend and I had to wait a couple minutes to be helped.

Review 119：The cleaning services came at various times of the day so you did not really know the time your room would get cleaned. The "manager" knocked on our door one morning and after shortly knocked barged right into the room not thinking that we were in there when we were but luckily no one had just gotten out of the shower. He said that he was doing a survey of some sort.

Review 121：Room next door had a musician practicing a horn instrument until about 8:30pm. Outside my doo is a patio area that smokers use and at midnight a group of young men were out there smoking and talking as if it was the middle of the day. Unfortunately, I didn't get much sleep that night.
