Review 1：The only thing was our room was on the end near an outside door and many people entering and exiting through it was a bit loud

Review 7：Friendly staff, close to shopping, good breakfast and attached to a bar/restaurant so we could imbibe without worry. Also, my husband inspected it for bedbugs and it was clean, always a plus.

Review 8：Great value. Helpful staff. Loved the porch and country feel. I liked how they gave free ornaments to the kids and paints and supplies to decorate them. Board games and DVDs were available for use! These extra touches made it memorable and we will likely stay there again in the future!

Review 9：The decor was so soothing. The mattresses were firm which for me with back problems ensured a good night's sleep. The fresh popped popcorn was delicious. Choices of hot and cold free beverages was a plus. It was six in our group, and all enjoyed the stay and said that they would stay again. Even the continental breakfast was more than satisfactory with the choices offered. We also had rooms that we could open a door and interact without going out the entrance.

Review 10：Hostess donuts rather than local bakers/bakeries. Bed pillows, although many, were hard and heavy.

Review 15：Loved it! I've worked in "ritzy" hotels for 10 years and this is such a change, just this a cute little inn. Never saw a beverage bar run all night. The all season pool was great. And a very comforting lobby and sitting area. I've never been to a lodge before it was a great experience for us and the kids. And right down from Dutch wonderland. The front desk agent was also a sweetheart.

A very nice touch we enjoyed each evening was popcorn in the lobby but especially hot tea, coffee and hot apple cider since it was cold out at night. We enjoyed the restaurant next door and the closeness to everything we had planned to see and do - especially the shows at Sight & Sound and American Theater and shopping, shopping, shopping. We will stay again and will tell friends! I wish the breakfast area was a little larger but it worked just fine for us.

Review 27：We took our grandsons to a show and are always impressed by the Country Inn. The room was clean and stocked with towels, wash clothes and everything else we needed. The pool was excellent and clean.

Review 28：The breakfast was just enough. Loved the 24/7 juice, coffee, tea and the popcorn from 3-8PM. Pool was nice and overall atmosphere was just comfortable. Would definitely come back.

Glad I didn't. The Eden resort had kids running around all over the place and their pool was brown. Paid so much less for a great room at the country inn. We'll be back for sure. Aye at the bar it was just as good.

Review 44：We did not like the 40% that was added to our initial room charge. We were not informed of this at check in or check out and it was not on the bill. We found it at home in our on line bank account. I called to discuss it with a manager and was told a ridiculous story about smoking in the room which neither of us smoke any thing.A different manager called me the next day and said the charge would be removed and it was. The next day when i checked our account i found that all evidence of the transactions had been removed and the correct amount was all that was left. I am contacting our bank to find out why someone from the hotel staff was permitted to go into our account and remove transactions that had been completed and changed them.

Review 56：I loved the look and feel of the Inn from the very first. We were greeted by friendly staff and made to feel welcome. The room was clean and decorated nicely. I loved the balcony with the rocking chairs. The pool and hot tub that was enclosed in the wall to wall windows were great and we also enjoyed the patio. We also made use of the restaurant next door. It was convient and we enjoyed a good meal in front of a nice, toasty fire. The staff there was a xcellent. We will definitely be back for our next shopping trip as it was also very close to the shopping outlets.

I think when you offer cereal, a choice of healthier options like cheerios or special k or total should be offered instead of cereals without a lot of nutritional value and a lot of sugar. Review 128：I didn't like the bathtub it's a higher level & stepping into it with no grab bar was unsafe. This 2nd issue is that I would encourage them to purchase a couple recliners, there are people that don't sleep in beds due to health reasons & this could be upon request for guests to get it in there room. Due to that I won't be returning,otherwise I would come back.
