Review 1：Reception hours were from 4-6pm. So if you arrive before that, you have to wait outside, even if it's freezing!

Review 2：Location is great if you like nature, not so convenient if you want to be close to the city. Hostel is very clean, nice set up.

Review 3：1. The only a little bit weird thing was an early check-out - at 10 am. We didn't understand why this early check out is needed since everyone has own bedlinen and cleans after herself anyway - and as much as we saw; the whole facility was totally empy for the half of the day. It would be nice if the check-out was a little bit later, so that families with small kids had more time to pack the things and clean the room; right now every family seemed to rush so much to be ready to go out for 10 am.

Review 4：1. Clean and very good service - we arrived in the middle of the night and even when the reception was closed, very clear instructions were left to e-mail how we get our keys. It worked out very smoothly. 2. People in reception were very friendly. 3. The location was lovely - in the morning we realized it had a nice open air museum just across the street and we spent almost the whole day there with our kids.

Review 5：It's a pretty long trek down and up hill to town. I counted 420 steps/stairs, which may not work for many. I, as an athlete, loved it

Review 6：Cleanliness, location, the staff(so nice and accommodating) I felt like I was at m in-laws home in Sweden.

Review 7：A bit difficult to regulate the temperature in the room, it was either a sauna or an igloo. It is a "little town" of cabins with several rooms, it was almost empty when I was there but it might get a bit crowded during the high season.

Review 8：In the forest, just a few minutes by car from town. Clean room/toilets and comfortable beds.

Review 9：The staff is almost never there, so people were partying and being noisy all night. We hardly got any sleep. There should have been a guard around midnight making sure people behaved, or at least a phone number you could call to contact the staff.

Review 10：Although I enjoyed the location and ruggedness of it all, I couldn't help feel slightly cut off as my journey was quick and I needed somewhere close. but for the cost I may have found a small hotel in town which offered more amenities so that I could eat and socialise without being so far out of town, after all I'm still a tourist. Also I am sure there was single accommodation as oppose to the double style (2 x single beds) It was evident by my booking and on arrival that I was solo, so you need to offer single room if you see this type of customer. The bed although not high standard did provide me with some sleep, Again if this was for holiday perfect, but as there was no office open or place to eat in or nearby at night, I will need to plan for next time. If this is the case

Review 11：For the purpose of my quick journey to see my Elder Brother who has been unwell for sometime, the location was correct for my visit. The walks through the woods along the running tracks meant that in a short time I could have a relaxed walk to the Hospice. Had this been for other circumstances for my own leisure, then this would have been a fun spot for me and my partner who did not visit. There are a number of pleasurable site seeing features of the North mountains, museums, gardens, coffee shops view tower. I had been in Sundsvall a few times in my life and had been here before. So it was nice to revisit old places from old times. Breakfast was just want I needed, I love the Swedish style breakfast with Fil Mjolk and flakes, the bread and meats were fine, topped of with either Coffee or Tea. So on a whole thanks for my Stay wish for me it was in different circumstances.

Review 12：Room was very small. I travelled 900 km on the motorcycle that day and could not get to sleep until 2am, behause the walls are paperthin and there was lots of noise on the corridor.
