Review 1：The shower didn't drain very efficiently and threatened to overflow. One evening the room was extremely cold as the heating hadn't been activated for the building in October.
Review 2：The efficiency, helpfulness and kindness of Sonia at Reception was fantastic, she really made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast and cooking facilities were fabulous, and accessibility to town centre, transport and the mountain walks was very convenient.
