Review 1：Dirty linen, it appeared that the single beds have been slept in and sheets not changed, front door jamming so when going in and out you had to pull it hard making a lot of noise, cars around the back looked like a wreckers yard, lawns and garden not maintained, drive way had big pot holes.causing car to scrape. Very disappointed for what we paid. Shower would run hot and cold!
Review 2：Ac very good however I had requested it to be turned on at 12.30 so going on arrival. Fridge very good, nice and cold.
Review 3：The bed was as stiff as slab of concrete and the bed moved and made lots of noise and there was a rather large crack going from on side of wall to other and there was no cutlery or plates in room made eating our take in meal difficult

Review 7：I've never been so scared to drink a cup of coffee or use a towel in a hotel room. There's no way you can completely relax when there are signs everywhere telling you not to "steal" the coffee and not to dirty the towels or you will be charged for it! There was no cutlery or plates so if you plan to stay be prepared and bring your own. There was a toaster, but no plates or knives to serve toast on. Grounds could use a good clean up, first impression of the place was not really good. Description of property states that the motel is on 2 acres of gardens. What gardens?? Old beat up cars all around the place. Not very aesthetically pleasing.
Review 8：We stayed in the spa room for one night. The room was large and looked very nice, even though it was a bit run down.
Review 9：Arrived to lovely pics on slide in front office(nothing like rooms). put in room went to toilet, opened soap to wash hands, put rubbish in bin and was a dirty sanitary napkin inside. second room, lots of cobwebs, no fan in the bathroom,the shower screen broken,hole in skirt in bathroom, main light in room didn't work, lamps behind bed head falling off wall. As we had the room for 2 nights I was a bit confused at why the cleaner came in to straighten up after the first night!

Review 19：The filthy carpet, the cobwebs everywhere, the broken glass in the shower The PUBIC HAIRS on the ledge next to the toilet roll, and the empty and broken female hygiene wrapper receptacle..... And then, there's "Mrs Fawlty"..... Yes a real life female version of Basil Fawlty! Apparently having a conversation whilst smoking out front of our hovel, was inappropriate, rude, and we were told we were behaving like trailer trash... There were at least 3 wrecked cars at the back of the property, and two cars being worked on next to reception.... Is this a mechanic or a hotel??? I don't know. I'm confused. We will NEVER be coming back... EVER

Review 29：The room booked was a family unit and what we got was a big room with a double bed, 2 singles a kitchen table & chairs and a fridge. The toilet bowl was smashed, no hot water after running the tap and shower for 10 minutes. A toaster was provided but no knife or plates! Everything plugged into one multi box hanging from behind the fridge. It was quite clean once you cleared the cobwebs from the front door which basically had to be booted in because the door stuck. The bedside lights were decoration as they didn't work and the 10 year old smoke detector was hanging from the roof by a thread. Would never stay again or recommend.
Review 30：Not a bad experience but maybe a surface and more hooks in bathroom/ toilet to put clothing and toilet bag etc - that sounds petty but u are doing a great job of making an older building fresh it would just make it easier for guests when juggling their gear in bathroom
