Review 1：They advertised that they served breakfast and didn't even have decaf coffee, milk or OJ. They expected the patrons to make the coffee. We never had a working coffee pot in the room, they left a mess trying to fix it and never cleaned it up for three days. There was no phone, bedspread or ironing board cover. Worse-- they tried to charge an extra $80 for the room because we had two children though we had booked for 4 people and began screaming at me that they would not look at or honor the booking.com receipt or price. The manager never came to the front desk. After I yelled back, the manager relented via cell phone. I am going to keep a close eye on my credit card!!!

Review 2：This was probably the worst hotel I have stayed at. I felt really badasking for a refund for my stay (which I have never had to do before!)but I just felt so uncomfortable. There were stains on basicallyeverything. The bed. The towels. The pillows and floor! Also, our showerwas completely clogged so I was basically standing in a bathtub as wellas our sink. I originally had booked 2 nights at this hotel but I leftas soon as I could find another hotel. Surprisingly though, the staffand manager were so nice and gave me my refund right away. But what alsoconcerns me is that when I called the manager to ask for a refund, hedid not ask me what the problems in my room were. This makes me feelthat they just ignore the issues with the rooms and don't fix them.

Review 6：The 1st room we were assigned, somebody was lying in the bed watching tv. The 2nd room, there were dirty towels in the bathroom where seemed somebody had just taken a shower where it was supposed to be clean. We had to check out and asked for full refund and wound up paying twice as much for lodging.

Review 7：The towels are old, looks dirty. We were bite by bedbugs. We stayed 2 nights, after the first night, I had a couple of bites, I didn't pay attention, on the way back to home, my face, fingers, toes and body has lots of bites, my husband, my daughters are the same.

Review 18：Facilities are really outdated. The room was super dark even with all the lights on. Carpet seemed wet and sticky. There were not any comforters on the bed-just a sheet, blanket and another sheet. Linens smelled fresh but had some marks and were very scratchy. Towels were very dingy and hard. I ended up getting my own at Target. The room upon first entrance smelled like moth balls.

Review 19：Very clean and the staff was super friendly! Location was super close to Knots Berry farm. I was working in Cerritos and visiting Disney at night and the location was about 15 minutes to each. Lots to do around the hotel. Overall, my stay was content, but I would not stay here again.

Review 20：When we checked in my husband walked in ahead of me with my daughter as he stepped on the tile floor he fell and hurt his self we imediatley called the hotel staff and discovered that the made had spilled a very large amount of pine sol water on the carpet the following morning I felt with the manager of the property,he was rude uncareing nor so much as a I'm sorry I had to literally fight with him just to get refunded for the evening my husband was in pain all night as he hurt his knee he had surgery on 6 month prior,they did not care at all did not offer so much as a extra cup of coffee long story short the hotel itself was nice the staff needs to be more carefull and the management needs to go to church and find god because they are just horrible selfish people ruled by one thing greed and money the people don't matter what so ever thank you Rachelle madrid

Review 24：The beds were not Queen size as advertised, they were doubles which was a problem with small kids trying to climb into bed in the middle of the night. They were also very hard which is fine if you like that but was rough on the wife and I, But after chasing small kids all day through Disneyland it would have been nice to sleep on a more comfortable bed. The breakfast was........uh, barely there. It was located in the front office with a single table and consisted of coffee, juice, croissants, sliced bread for toast, mini muffins, and hostess snowballs and cupcakes. (Yes, those snowballs and cupcakes). Never knew those were intended for breakfast and trust me it's hard to get your kids to eat toast when they are staring a giant pile of cupcakes. Also, the construction next store was an issue if you planned on sleeping past 7am. All the rooms face the construction and it was loud. And the pool was barely bigger than a hot tub, not an issue for us since we hit the beach. Overall, worth the stay when you are on a budget but we will be looking for something better next time.

Review 25：The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The location was convienient and had stores and restaurants close by. The cleaning staff did a great job restocking the towels, making up the beds, keeping plenty of toilet paper and shampoo. We stayed during the week so the parking was ample and we never had to fight for a spot like at hotels next to Disneyland.

Review 26：No shower curtain liner? Soaked our bathroom floor. AC was absolutely necessary to run through the night and SO LOUD. Wanted to pay in cash, explained this at the beginning, and ended up being charged for the first night on my card without warning.

Review 28：I did not like that there was no information on how to contact the front desk in the room. I also didn' tlike that every towel was dirty or stained. The bedding wasn't clean, I had to ask for new bedding and that still wasn't adequate. All the outlets were loose, so it was hard to find a place to charge my phone and laptop, I also didn;t like that housekeeping just opened the door to my room without knocking. I really just didn't like the room overall, everything was old and raggedy except for the televsion. I wouldn't reccommend this place to anyone.

Review 29：I liked that is was close to everywhere I wanted and needed to go.. I was at least 25 mins from everywhere I traveled. I liked that there were many dining options close to the hotel and I liked that there was cable in the room.

Bed was pretty firm...too firm for my taste and we did find one cockroach in our room lol it was just kind of funny. If you're on the ground floor you can hear everything above you but I'm a pretty heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me too much

Review 33：It was a pretty clean room, definitely no bad for the price. I really liked that there was a fridge and microwave, it was very convenient and it saved us money from going out to eat. It's in a good location, pretty close to a lot of restaurants and target is down the street. Only a 10 min drive from Disneyland. The staff were all really nice and helpful.

Review 36：1. My room wasn't serviced while I was gone. I come back at night to all the trash we had left (front the night before and breakfast & lunch we had that day) in the trash can and no toilet paper. 2. When issues reported to the front desk, girl was not concerned at all.Very blunt. And she said the cleaning lady checked it as serviced. When I asked if she would like to come and see that it wasn't cleaned and i was not lying, She asked what else I needed since the cleaning service was gone. I said Trash bags and toilet paper. So one of the girls walked up with a roll of toilet paper but no trash bags after she said she would send some. My kids had to carry the trash to the building trash can at night. Never had this problem in any other hotels. 3. Elevator is extremely HOT. Would take the stairs but have a hip problem.

Review 37：I liked the quick check in process. I love that I walked in to a very clean room. I loved that the pool was open 24hrs.Prices are reasonable. Patty at front desk very courteous.

Review 38：dirty bathtub saw hair in it with dirt! room was dusty and early morning the hotel had workman doing re-modeling under our room woke us up at around 7:30am hotel staff lady told us we could stay until 1pm it wasn't good enough when we called the office early she said it wasn't there problem and when we left we noticed construction going on one floor under our room, front desk lady didn't comp us or care if we left angery before breakfast she was rude I wouldn't stay at this hotel again we left early at 8:30 or sooner we couldn't stand the noise no one could sleep. and our room wasn't the room I thought I ordered online our room looked run down and dumpy.!

Asked for clean ones but instead of new ones they just half-assed tried to scrub out the stains and returned the dirty sheets/towels to us. There was a big semen stain on the floor by the bed. There's no "do not disturb" sign for the door so while we were out the maids came into the room and made the bed still with the dirty bloody sheets and made no attempt whatsoever to clean anything. The TV remote somehow got dirtier when the maid came. The floors were extremely dirty. White socks become black just by walking from the bed to the bathroom. At night you can hear people standing outside your door smoking weed. I didn't/wouldn't trust the free breakfast due to the complete lack of hygiene in the room. I normally don't review hotels but for this one I have to - I'm never going back there again and I can't recommend enough for possible guests to stay anywhere else other than this place. Looking at the faces of the other guests checking out when we did, it's safe to say that their experiences did not differ. 0/10

Review 66：The room had a bad smell to it. Coffee pot still had remnants from the last person to stay there, and I realize this two days and the trip. So that meant that twice that the maid service never check the coffee pot. Mold in shower stains on the carpet. Need I go on. Cleanliness is certainly an issue at this hotel

Carpet was damp because it had just been cleaned and the paint on the bathroom walls was not quite dry = damp with slight paint fumes & no other room to switch to. Friend said his room was decent. Our room needed much more upkeep. No warm breakfast - only toast and bagels and snack bars.

Review 90：The bed is horrible! The is absolutely no cushioning, and the covers are thin and scratchy. It honestly felt like I was sleeping on a box spring alone. I had to actually check to make sure. The floors were sticky in the bathroom, and the carpets felt grimey. Also, there is no continental breakfast at all. There was only a few apples on a table in the lobby. They didn't even have any coffee. When I asked about it, I got a kind of a smirk from the attendant, and she said "It's a very small breakfast." What a joke.

Review 91：The best thing about this hotel is its location. Its right down the street from a Target, a Denny's,a coffee shop, and a liquor store. Its a very nice and clean looking area, and I felt safe leaving my car in their parking lot. It has very easy freeway access too. Also, the maid staff is super nice!

Review 97：We were put in the middle of a teenage group of travelers. They made noise into the late night running through the halls banging luggage,screaming, slamming doors and just being loud. When asked to be moved to another area i was told there was no more rooms. We were finally put in another room far from the group but with only one bed (we needed two) then we were there was no more rollaway beds as they were being occupied by the teenagers. The Jacuzzi was broken and was not fixed while we were there.

Review 98：We enjoyed the area the hotel was located in. The cleanliness was also good. The breakfast was great! They had a full breakfast buffet while we were there including eggs,sausage,muffins,fruit,cereal,orange juice, hot coffee.

They provided a good variety of breakfast every morning and every time we came back to the room the maid had already left it super clean which was very convenient. I would definitely stay again.

Review 107：I only liked the location of the hotel, near Target, GameStop, Fuddrockers, Denny's, and entertainment like Pirates and Medieval Times are only 2 blocks away! Also, receptionist granted my request to be on the 3rd floor secluded from any late night noises from other guests (from what I read on other reviews to be warned about). I didn't like getting awoken by staff asking if I'm checking out tonight when I still had one more night to which I forgot my key later on that same night and the receptionist, who double confirmed upon check in I was staying for 5 nights, said I was set to check out that following day. Didn't we already confirm I was staying for 5 nights? Also the two keys she gave me didn't even work for my room so had to go back downstairs again for another working set. One annoyance is receptionist had her family or friends around talking about having a party and took the focus of doing her job to socialize with them. Not just check in, but two other times I had to go into the office. Overall, won't stay again unless I have no choice but to.

She had told me that there was no moreking rooms available only double so ib the morning when I check out ofthe king they would place me in the other room. To my surprise when Icalled that morning after many attempts I finally reached this very rudeunprofessional woman and wgen I told her about my reservation she gaveme a nasty attitude and told me, we're full and u don't have areservation n you need to leave and although I tried explaining she wascold and heartless as ice And if that wasn't cold enough she said tome she is gonna call the cops abd have us thrown out. Even though I knowthat I spoje to Maria and reserved a room. To top it off I am a disabledindividual that was under close medical care from out of the area andjust disrupted my whole mind set abd sent my blood sugar level over 400.I thank that very rude and heartless assistant manager and I hope shewill never be disabled or sick to know what it's like. There areother reasons why she did too she was a racist. She blatantlydiscriminated against us because of our race and gender. Mark you, wepaid up in full for the the week stay so it's not like we werebegging for rroom or shelter.I Would never put my feet back on thatproperty even if it was the only Inn standing. You do not get to degrademe and belittle me and my family in that manner because yiu don'tknow me so be professional and treat ppl with courtesy and dignity.Remember the old saying wgat goes around comes around. You do notdiscriminate against the disabled!!!!!

Review 112：Quietness of the room and the free breakfast. Nice rooms which were wellkept. The Wifi was good.

Once, I could not get a hold of the office staff for nearly an hour and was locked out of my room. Breakfast was good day one. After that, continental breakfast served in lobby...NO ROOM for more that one family at a time. Absurd !!!

Review 124：Wall are thin that you can hear everything from cars to your next door neighbors. If you want a good night sleep, this is not the place. Only one staff, you have to wait forever (if you need something, like extra towels).

Review 125：No headboards on the bed, we were there a week the bedding sheets were not changed no vacuming was done no maid service was done we had to ask for fresh towels garbage was not taken out the "free wifi" did not work. The breakfast was horrible ran out of food...i would not stay there again

Review 127：I booked a room from Friday through Tuesday. I went out Saturday and my room was cleaned. I stayed in Sunday so I did not need any extras. I was out on Monday and when I returned the only thing done was that they had taken my dirty towels. No bed changed or clean towels except for one of each size. I contacted the desk to let them know because I planned to stay one more night. She said it would be taken care of. When I came in Tuesday the bed was remade, and clean towels, but the sheets on the bed were the same once that had been on the bed since Sunday. I did not appreciate this.

Review 129：The space for eating the continental breakfast was extremely small. Only space for one family at a time.

Review 130：When we arrived at about 3:30pm our room was not ready due to broken washing machine, linens not ready. We were upgraded to a family suite without an additional charge. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Review 131：I woke up to a roach on the head board of the bed. The room carpet had stains and it could have been cleaner.
