Review 4：From the time I called the hotel when I arrived at the airport to the time I checked out, the staff was wonderful and super helpful. They surprised me with an upgrade to a suite, they stated " you are our guest, any problem you face inside or outside the hotel is our problem". I really felt at home. Breakfast was lovely. Loundry was clean and on time. Room service was clean, professional and always smiling. Thank you for a lovely stay. I'll see next time I visit Samsun.
