Review 1：Not a bad experience, more like meh. Obviously, we were paying for the location. Off season and we paid $419 for an experience that should have been around $200.

Review 3：My fiance and I stayed in a 2 double bed room with my sister and brother in law and the room was PLENTY of room for all 4 us! It was beautifully decorated, and the price of the room included a complimentary bottle of wine (delicious!), fridge snacks and drinks, and the breakfast! Seriously, one of the best complimentary hotel breakfasts I've ever had (I dream about those breakfast potatoes). The front desk staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful with assisting us in shipping our wine back home. The whole hotel is just beautiful -- we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Thanks HH!

Review 4：The lighting in the rooms along with the green paint was a strain on the eyes. The housekeeping was not up to par. Room was not cleaned on the first day and the iron was broken and it took 2 calls to get a new one.

Review 6：Noise of fan on low setting is very loud. Only good thing is it drowned out the street car noises and inner courtyard talking. Windows dont block out noise. Found it funny to have city noise in wine country. But great location and staff was the tradeoff

Review 10：Hotel is very minimalist and we though the design and furnishings were unappealing in a number of ways. Our room faced the street and the traffic is noisy in the morning. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

Review 12：The hotel is starting to feel a little "tired/worn out" since I was last there a few years ago.... the hardwood floors were being refinished and the the workmanship was looking sloppy, the pool was being re-surfaced so we couldn't use it... and the furniture in the lobby lounge was looking way cheaper than it did a few years ago. Otherwise comfortable stay...

Review 13：I was extremely disappointed to discover when I got there that everyone who did not book through Bookings got discounts of up to $100 per night and the hotel would not honor it through Bookings. I will not book through Bookings again.

Review 14：It is a gorgeous hotel right in the middle of town but as per my summary of what I did not like. I will not use Bookings again since Bookings would not honor the hotel discounts.

Review 15：The front office staff were rude and unhelpful. No hot water in shower of suite. Tardy room make up. In general not a good experience and we are well travelled guests. Very disappointing.

Review 16：I would like to see lower rates for older couples (in their 80's) who are in Healdsburg primarily for the local dining. It could be timed with low occupancy periods.

Review 17：A great location in fab town. But really letting place go. ie hallway carpets, used to love...gone, new room rugs awful! Rooms need paint. A pretty spot hope they give it some love..book thru hotel other sites show booked. Ihad wished I just called.

The concierge Tegan was very helpful in setting up some special surprises for my friend who was celebrating a birthday - and the restaurant was as well! We will definitely be back! Their attention to detail is top notch!

Review 28：Front desk staff didn't seem very organized. My room was not ready when checking in early and was not guaranteed for check in until 3 p.m. I was fine with that. I was told I would receive a call when my room was ready. We sat in the lobby for hours with my two little ones getting restless. I checked at 1 and 2 p.m. The woman seemed irritated and repeated the 3 p.m. guarantee. I checked again at 2:45 and was told by a gentleman that it was ready and was given keys. I'm not happy staff didn't let us know our room was ready.

Review 61：A little tight at the pool area. When we went there on Monday afternoon, many chairs had drinks and garbage left around but the people were gone. It was around 6pm so the pool person was probably gone for the day, but many people were still coming to enjoy the pool and there was no place to sit.

Review 63：First off, the location within Healdsburg is absolutely perfect. Within walking distance to everything and right across from the picturesque town square. Beyond that everything else with the hotel was incredible. Starting with the valet service upon arrival to the wait staff at the restaurant, this hotel is an absolute recommend. Amazing experience!

Review 64：We had problems with the wifi and as it is advertised as wifi in every room we felt contract was somehow violated and they should have done more to make amends. However nice young staff member took it on himself to solve our problem and he was terrific. But we lost allot of time dealing with this. Review 88：Beware the town of Healdsburg, while lovely, isn't a sleepy Sonomavillage. In fact, it was one of the noisiest places we've ever been(and we're from nyc!). Expect drunk revellers until the wee morninghours. We were placed in a plaza suite our first night, overlooking thecourtyard. The shouting of the drunks just echoed from thecourtyard's walls until after 2am. We asked to be moved elsewhere.Facing the plaza was worse. Motorcycles, cars, music playing fromspeakers outside the restaurants (why? It was 40f at night!), and again,the drunks, didn't stop until 3am. Overall, it was the worstnight's sleep we've ever had at a multistar hotel. Also, therooms are very dark, especially on the 2nd floor. Beware there isn'ta quiet spot in the whole place.

Review 89：The decor of the hotel was modern in a natural, organic way--lots ofwoods and natural tones. For the price, we appreciated that therewasn't an "upcharge" for other amenities, such as astocked minibar, free valet parking, breakfast (which was a basiccontinental, nothing special). Bath products are terrific. The staff,young and hip, were friendly and always helpful. Concierge did awonderful job of planning out a daytrip for us, including twocomplimentary wine tastings at first rate vineyards.
