Review 1：The Lady that Owens it is so wonderful, so caring,so sweet.I love the location of the Inn.I just love the Coast Inn And Spa.Its a wonderful place to stay.
Review 2：Everything, it was a horrible beginning to a weekend getaway. Went up the highway to Coast View Lodge.
Review 3：Nothing, it was unacceptable, peeling paint, bed was like a brick. Mold in corner of bathroom, drapery rod falling out of wall, photos online are a joke.
Review 4：Hot tub had a cover on it but they came quickly to remove it. Hot tub was foamy (yuck). Ants in our room! Not too bad of a problem, but still a problem! Overall, just didn't seem too professional. You can tell they need to hire more employees, the staff was super busy!
Review 5：It seems to be family owned! They are very friendly and allowed us to reschedule our trip when our kids were sick. Had bbq on site which we used to cook hot dogs. Has onsite laundry!

Review 8：The inn was very nice overall but not worth $140 per night. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and later come to find out, she was the owner of the inn. What I didn't like about the room was the pillows, very lumpy and soft with very wrinkled pillow cases. The bed made noises when we moved or git up. The owner was kinda odd. she stopped by our room and showed me the face towel and the mat for the floor that was used last night and said that I shouldn't use it to remove my make up with it. Shd said if we needs rags, she has some at the front desk. I figured they used white towels because it was easy to clean and can be bleached !
Review 9：I was supposed to check in Fri to sun morning but my husband had to work late and was contemplating on canceling the trip. I called bookings customer service and she was able to talk to the hotel to move my reservation to stay on sat thru mon without having to pay any fees for the last minute schedule change.
Review 10：resraurant closed, spa is more of a jacuzzi, bad smell in room. We expected a lot more from the place's description. the hairdryer did not work.

Review 13：The hot tub didn't work, there was no spa. When you walk in to the somewhat of a lobby, it was dirty and piles of paperwork surrounding the area. There were boxes stacked up in the area that was suppose to be the kitchen. The first room she set us up in was dirty and it smelled like mold. We ask for a different room and that one the sheets were old and dirty. The pillow cases were fraling. She said that they are the finest of sheet and they were old. Yes they were and so I had to ask the guy that was cleaning the rooms the next day to please change them. The things that they have lists as amenities for this place are false advertisement. It is more for her owners family they live in the hotel. They spent most of their time cooking outside and partying. The floor underneath the bed hadn't been swept in weeks. It is a run down place. We love to travel and we have stayed in a hotel 6 that was better then this place. It was such a disappointment.

The bed was very comfortable and all though the heating was a small wall heater, it was more than sufficient once it warmed up the room. The owner was a very nice person, very helpful. The price was really good also.

Review 64：One large issue that my boyfriend and I had was there were ants in theroom when we arrived. When we talked to the staff they said they werealready booked up, but they were clearly not. We wanted to move rooms,but they didn't move us. They gave us organic bug ointment to repelthem and we put it around the room, but the ants kept getting in. Theydidn't offer a discount on the room even though we had to staythere with ants everywhere. We found them in the bathroom, bedroomfloor and occasionally on the bed. The bedroom was on the smaller side,but it worked.
