Review 5：We were in a room immediately above the DJ for a wedding. The room vibrated with load music and we were consequently unable to sleep. The staff member we approached understood our plight and empathised well. Although not obliged, he arranged for a fuss free partial refund.

Review 48：It's very close to the airport, so great for a stopover on my way toHawaii from London. The Ayres hotel is a great oasis in the middle of abusy area. The regular free shuttle to manhattan beach was wonderful, asit allowed me to see another part of la so easily and what a great placeto visit for walks by the sea. The front desk staff were exceptional,couldn't do enough, wonderful service.
