Review 1：Honestly there were no negatives and I am a pretty harsh critic when traveling.
Review 2：Room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Customer Service was better than I ever experienced. Friendly, accommodating staff who met every request from food to hygiene products, to food late at night. Couldn't have asked for the staff to be more responsive. Location was within walking distance of much of USC.
Review 3：The location is hard to find the entrance. The address shows Gervais but it is on the other side of the block, so it was difficult They charge $12 for parking, which was waived, but they do add $25 to your bill for a surcharge and we were told it would be reimbursed in a few days. That was unexpected.
Review 4：Very clean and roomy. Loved the large couch in the seating area. I had some work to do and it was very well laid out and accessible to accomplish what I needed with quick access to internet and convenience. Nice hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, French toast and fruit as well as pastries and cereal and variety of juices. There was a full ironing board and iron in the large closet area. Had a refrigerator but no microwave.
Review 5：The hotel didn't have our reservations or a room. We were told the systems do not communicate. If booking.com cannot represent Hyatt properly, then the hotel should not be an option.
Review 6：The General Manager was able to take care of the mess Booking.com created. On a separate note the breakfast was delicious-one of the best.
Review 7：GPS directed us to the rear of the building. No signs for directions to the lobby. Mattress in 315 a big saggy. After my reservation was confirmed, I got a call that management didn't realize that Paul McCartney was playing that night so they upped my rate by $80. Compromised; charged $40 instead. Soured the transaction.

Review 9：We didn't arrive until 1 am. Staff was quick and efficient in checking us in. Saved us the "last spot" in their parking lot in a downtown location with limited parking. Got up early the next morning to continue our drive, but not before we had a full yummy breakfast.
