Review 1：The front desk is not welcoming or glad you are there. The rooms and restaurant are cold if the weather is cold. The floors are wood and tile. Slippers would have been a nice touch. Rooms can be noisy from the highway nearby.

Review 2：The restaurant and bar are great. Bedding is nice and cozy.

Review 3：Bathroom had a sewage smell, room 312. Hotel tried masking it with perfume, which I am allergic too. I had to air out room on check-in and then smelled sewage during the night. Extra charge for hotel parking in a vacant lot.

Review 8：We liked the free bike rental. We liked the water stations (still & sparkling) around the hotel and the computer & printer on our floor was a nice touch to print off tickets. We liked the style of our room and the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel.

Review 9：I loved the modern look, the proximity to the vineyard area and the excellent food and beverage options on site. We had a small plates dinner with cocktails our first night there after a massage at their sister hotel. The complimentary breakfast buffet with to-order egg plates at the Spoonbar was delicious. The hotel allowed us to have an early check-in which was very helpful with our travel schedule. It is centrally located near fun tasting rooms and some interesting shopping.

Review 12：Liked how close it was to everything you'd want to do, enjoyed the bike loop and the bed was really comfortable. Made for a very pleasant stay! Also enjoyed having breakfast in the morning. Overall, not the most luxurious hotel but definitely clean with a fun vibe and good value and comfort level.

Review 13：WiFi did not work in room 4.05 but they relocated us to another room (3.12), which was perfect. Also, do not expect much from the toiletries, these are very limited.

Review 14：Location is perfect, you are in the middle of everything with dozens of good restaurants nearby. The rooms are big and shiny, the hotel is new and you can still feel it. A la cart breakfasts are OK, the staff in general does their best (Mike is probably the best of all their). In general, the hotel is a bit "hipster", you know, but will be good for the older people as well.

Review 23：I have stayed in Healdsburg several times, and I always go back to H2. You cannot beat the hotel for comfort, cleanliness, environmental-friendliness, proximity to countless tasting rooms and boutiques. Wonderful, wonderful hotel!

Review 24：We had to move to another room our second night because it was very loud where our room was near the elevator. The rooms are not very sound proof you hear all noises from every where.

Plus the little details like free sparkling or still water in the room, natural ingredients in bath gel, shampoo etc in refillable containers, glasses for water, bath robes, a place for everything. Beds were very cozy and comfortable, nice balcony. Enjoyed the salt water heated pool too

Review 35：AC did not work in our top floor room (in August) and attempts to fix it were nonexistent. We had to insist on moving to a new room after 4 requests to fix the issue, no one seemed to care that we didn't get any sleep our first night. Very odd customer service. We were moved - glad we were here for only two nights and moved to Yountville for the rest of our trip.

Review 40：We hoped the location would be convenient and the facilities to be unique. H2 was perfect on both counts. You check in at the bar, a good start! Then the rooms were the next pleasant surprise. Beautiful wood floors (not "questionable" carpet) open shower, great closet space, deck with seats, desk area, COMFY bed, and a thermostat that actually works to within 1 degree of accuracy. Access to ice, regular or sparkling water and computer within a few yards outside every room. Probably not unique but a great idea- you put your key in a slot just inside the door and all the lights turn back on the way you had them when you left. Everything turns off as you leave automatically. Also kept us from ever wondering "where did we leave the key?" Another simple but nice touch is a stairway that is open and inviting enough that the elevator is only used when hauling luggage. Location is great. The free use of nice bikes is a nice touch. You are so close to most things to do that it's just as easy to walk. We met couples that had ridden to nearby wineries though. If a little noise bothers you, just request a room off the street side, because the bar and restaurant below are a hotspot. Don't miss the cocktails in the Spoonbar!

Review 78：Unfriendly staff! The water backed up in our shower (it was a "wet room") with sewage coming up through the drain. We were told they would clean it out but we were not comfortable with that - we wanted another room. We were relocated to an outdated hotel around the corner who put us up in a rather grungy room. We were in Healdsburg with relatives from London so this was very distressing. The attitude of the staff at the H2 hotel was appalling!

Given that we had arrived at 4 and would be leavingat Noon the next day, thank you, very nice. None of the above wouldcause us to not recommend the hotel - the attempt is admirable - keep upthe good work!

We liked the attempt at "green",the cardboard hangers brought a smile but maybe over the top a bit. Thebathroom is beautiful, the towels and robe especially were very verynice.
