Review 1：Family room was small. There was no electric kettle available in the room. Breakfast served till 9:30.

Review 3：We booked through an internet service and then at the desk asked for our Scandic number to be added to the reservation so that we could get credit for the stay. We were rudely told that we could not get credit because we booked through an agency and not directly on Scandic's web site. This is an annoying policy that we suspect is particular to this Scandic location. We have not encountered it at other Scandics.

Review 5：A little bit too far from city attractions, wifi access through browser registration, pool unsupervised and pool/sauna complex is small. There was dog event in the city any many pet lovers with animals were staying on the same floor and walking their pets right outside my window. I was not warned about it before i arrived so I was lucky I don't have allergy and barking at the dawn is not something to ruin my morning.

Review 6：Room and corridor design is enjoyable, thought through and practical. Space is sparse, but enough room for all your things and everything is at hand. Cosy furniture. Sauna and pool (small though) close to the room. Sustainable approach with customer as partner: organic body care liquids in the bathroom, 3-section rubbish bin (no plastic bags!) Walking trail across the road.

Review 7：when we came in the bar was very noisy and only one lady at the bar and to work the front desk to check us in. She was very busy and it took longer than it should. Very nice though.

Review 11：1. Booking was not registered, no connection between booking.com reference number and the hotels references. Called ahead since we had a late arrival and luckily got this sorted out before arrival 1130pm.2. Way overpriced and no idea how they got 4 stars. 3. Paid 1450 SEK for a room that was dirty in the bathroom and we were obviously placed in the older part of the hotel. For this, I would expect a price reduction. 4. No room service 5. Again, how did a hotel like this get 4 stars?
