Review 1：The staff wasn't very friendly couldn't hardly understand the clerk upon checking in. The room wasn't cleaned even on request. The breakfast wasn't up to par, had to go to McDonalds.

Review 3：No maid service. Breakfast was no good at all. Had to ask front desk person for fresh towels. Same desk person was on duty from Friday night until sunday morning when we checked out.
Review 4：staff was unfriendly. did not even clean room for second day. on day of check out could not find anyone at front desk in order to check out. UPS man arrived and he couldn't find anyone either. After 20 minutes a young man finally appeared.
Review 5：Dirty..couch had sticky stuff spilled all over it..phone didn't work.. Changed rooms.. Freezing all night..bed uncomfortable. You could feel the springs! Phone didn't work!! Terrible experience!

Review 8：It was good once you got there... Very hard to find entrance... Check-In was very easy and great customer service at check in desk. On the down side the breakfast was just ok and we asked For coffee at 9:59a.m. because the carafe was empty and they said NO, Breakfast Over. No hospitality there.
Review 9：Bait and switched the moment we walked in the door. Booked a king suite and was put into a queen room. We complained so they put us in the dirtiest suite they could find. It was falling apart, some lights wouldn't work and had mold in the shower and all over the shower curtain. We had a roach crawl across the ceiling on. The second day. Bed was hard and sagged in the middle. Would not accept any sort of discount and when we complained they acted like they did not speak English! Do not go to this hotel!
Review 10：Only thing we liked was the closeness of everything we wanted to go see
Review 11：Only one of the tv's worked. There was a used bag of coffee grounds still in the coffee maker from someone elses stay leaving a doubt as to how clean the room was in general. Only stairs...no elevators to 2nd floor.

Review 26：The room was very dated with few of the amenities at other hotels such as coffee maker in room, no microwave, no iron, no flat screen tv with premium channels, very dated decor, thin, rough towels, poor breakfast offerings, often no one at front desk to answer questions or provide help.

Review 28：We chose a king suite, which I would expect to be one of the better accommodations. The furnishings were "worn out" to say the least. We would not stay there again. We could stay at a much nicer place for the 100$ that we spent at Westfield.

The hotel is too close to a very busy road and loud. The furniture in the lounge area was in tatters. We observed the receptionist asking a caller to make a reservation over the internet, claiming it was "crazy busy" even though there was no one at the desk.

Review 63：We checked in at 6:00 PM; our room was still unmade. We were offered 3 other rooms, each of which had a broken air conditioner. The ice maker on our floor did not work. The ice maker on the floor below did not work. Hall lights flicker. Hall carpet buckled. This place is run on the cheap.

Review 65：The musky smell throughout the hotel. Mildew on the shower curtain. dirty carpet through the dining room. Dirty shirt from the prior guest left hanging in the bathroom. Apparently the bed linen was not changes because a remote control was found under the sheet.
Review 66：I like the welcome my husband and I received when we walked into the hotel Thursday 7/2/15 around 10pm. A lovely young lady stood at the desk and immediately greeted us as we entered the door. Friday evening we again was greeted by that same young lady as we walked from our room to the front desk. The room is big and has the amenities that allowed us to be comfortable away from home.

At some point the lampshade had almost caught fire because the plastic wrap snide was all melted and charged and it looked like there fix was to bend the socket closer to the other side. Only a couple of outlets and some you couldn't use because the plug would just fall out. I wouldn't stay here again

Review 85：Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. It was a non-smoking room, but the hallway reeked of cigarettes. The staff was not friendly at all, they don't even look up when you walk in.

Review 92：It was too obvious the place was trying to keep their expense down. It appeared that the room was only refreshed (visited by housekeeping) either when asks specifically for or after check out. The fan in the bathroom needed a warm up period before it ran like a truck and it had no cover. The tub appeared to be marred by glue from something removed from the bottom, it even looked like foot print in part of it. Finally there was train tracks in the back area, where my room faced and freight train activity (not noisy but definitely noticeable).
Review 93：The room was very reasonably priced. The accommodations were not far from the site I needed to visit each day. My room was not far from the front desk and area with a microwave. The fact they offered any kind of breakfast with the room rate was great! the room was reasonably clean.
Review 94：Everything. The coffee maker still had old water in it, there was no coffee and the condiments left had been opened and left there. It smelled bad, creepy.

Review 96：Despite being a NON-SMOKING facility there was a very pronounced smell of cigarette odor and smoke coming from MANY of the other nearby adjacent rooms. In addition there was a CONSTANT banging of the room doors all night long as occupants were in and out. I finally had to get up and say something at 2:30 AM. I didn't sleep much at all.
Review 97：EVERYTHING; except it did have plenty of hot water for showers. Beds haven't been replaced in over 15 years I'm sure! Carpet is the SAME as about 15+ years ago when I steed there.

Review 105：My family & I were on Spring Break and stopping there until driving the next morning to Virginia Beach. It was very dirty. The floors to the room were stained and chair in our room was stained. Nothing felt clean. The ice machine & snack machine were broken. I only wrote the review because it came up on my email. I clean & property manage for a living and this would of been extremely unexceptable for my guests to see. I apologize this wasn't a more positive review. Seems like property owners need to do a better job!
Review 106：1.The telephone was nonworking and manager refused to replace it or have it repaired; 2. housekeeping did not do anything to the room while we were out all day: therefore, trash was not emptied, towels were not replenished, bed not made, floors not swept or vacuumed, surfaces not cleaned or tidied; supplies not replenished, no housekeeping at all; 3. the refrigerator temperature was minimally cool; 4. the bathroom heatlamp timer did not work; 5. the showercurtain was dirty; 6. there was no iron; 7. the carpeting was buckling and easy to trip on; 8. the sheer curtains fell off the track; 9. the TV picture was distorted and the console was not repositionable for easy viewing; 10. the laminate on the wood furniture was worn off; 11. the upholstery on the loveseat and chair were stained and oily; 12. the pillows were flat and hard; 13. the polyester blanket had holes in it; 14. the sheets were thin and old; 15. the laminate/linoleum flooring in the bathroom had holes in it; 16. the towels were dingy grey and rough; 17. the glass window pane was cracked; 18. there were no outlets available for guest use; 19. several of the snack and beverage machines were out of order; 20. there was no hot fresh coffee available in the lobby in the evening; 21. continental breakfast was minimal; 22. no elevator for access to second floor rooms. 23. Front desk staff was often unavailable unreachable in person at desk, and unreachable by hotel phone since the room phone was disconnected. 24. when available, the manager was unable to treat us in an accomodating and polite manner. The support staff was quick to defer to the missing manager when problems arose, so issues were left unsolved. 25. Upon checkout, a small discount was offered for the many problems. Although appreaciated, this was not a satisfactory resolution.

Review 108：The rooms are very dated. The push button phone displayed the Lucent brand. The first room I was given reeked of smoke (it was supposed to be a non-smoking room).

Review 113：Quiet stay with large room and the basic continental breakfast (cereal, bagels, bread, toaster, coffee, tea, etc, ). Is also near some fast food places and a bank down the road. Has some beverage (water/sodas) machines, some outta order though. Room had a refrigerator and TV. Also had a hair dryer which was broken - but they provided a replacement for the stay. They also had an iron and ironing board for me to use for the night.
Review 114：The room entirely - everything about it was scary. The mattress on one of the double beds had a huge dark stain on it - the bathroom was dirty - the television was very old.

Review 120：Much of the facility has obviously seen its years of use. Carpet is worn and stained, furniture is a bit threadbare, paint is worn in places. Otherwise not real shabby, just worn. With a good makeover this would again be a fine hotel.

Review 124：The cable TV did not work. The man from the front desk came in and said he would contact the maintenance the next day. That didn't do us any good. There was a thick coating of dust on the TV and bureau and later that night I had to kill a huge spider. I approached the desk the next day and showed the guy the dead spider. He said sorry. I said NO GIVE US A DISCOUNT FOR THE ROOM. And he did knock off $20. I will never ever stay there again

Review 132：Hallway smelled like old stale smoke, really old decor from the 80's, ceiling tiles showed evidence of leaks, light bulbs needed to be replaced, bed was uncomfortable, curtains were really wrinkled, visibly broken lamp in our room, we witnessed the staff being rude to another guest over the orange juice machine not working properly, they had bagels for breakfast with no cream cheese, there was an ice bucket holding up our heater/air conditioner.

Review 134：I was disappointed with the continental breakfast set up. Gotta say I like those self serv waffle setups -not provided. As well I like to see hard whole boiled eggs available-not provided. It would have been nice to have a variety of fresh fruit to select from instead of just bananas.
