Review 3：Booking done with request for one double bed, instead two single beds were put side by side, with single bed-sheet sets and single blankets. Not really what we were expecting from this type of hotel.

Review 5：We stayed in the Spa hotel section of the hotel and our room was roomy, bright large and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and one of the best we have seen. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. It is a quieter area very close to the water.

Review 8：Friendly staff, clean, quiet, free spa nd wifi for customers. Flexibility: I was taking part in an Ironman competition. Hotel was prepared for that without notification. Breakfast was served 4.30 am, you could take bike in your room etc.

Review 10：The staff is particularly kind and helpful!!! actually they could not have been better. We arrived hungry after the kitchen closed and they made us a delicious steak dinner! The next day we had problems with our credit card and they helped us with online reservations to our next hotel. They were patient, kind and went above and beyond. The property is spotless clean and very comfortable! Breakfast and meals delicious!

Review 12：Good location. Oland is a very long island and this hotel is very central so ideal for those who rightly wish to visit north and south. Good, tasty and substantial food (especially local potato dumplings). Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of parking. Easy to find.

Review 15：Pricing policy. Comfirmed room ( written) standard och price was just informed that that the price was wrongly informed ( 1850 sek). The right price should be 2150 Sek. Including spa which was not asked for. At the end we were offered a low standard room for 1545 sek. Absolutly not accepnted as a whole.

Review 25：The only negative was that although we had a multiple night booking in a suite, the hotel refused to refill the complimentary mini-bar! I have never experienced this before and it rather cheapened the mood!

Review 26：We stayed in a spacious and well appointed suite. The hotel has good spa facilities (indoor and outdoor pool etc) and an excellant restaurant and bar. It is well located for exploring the island of Öland, and despite the town location, lovely and quiet.

Review 31：It is not a hotel with a restaurant as an added feature, but rather arestaurant with a hotel as an added feature.Probably as a result, soundproofing is non-existent, and hotel staff (opposed to restaurant staff) is arrogant (especially for the hotel positioned as four-star one).

Review 33：The cost of this hotel is far above its standards in terms ofprofessionalism and quality. This is a mid-class hotel that you normallypay 1000 - 1200 Skr for, not 1775. When taking my morning shower, Ifound the shower cream dispenser empty. When pointing this out at check-out, suggestion was that I should have called the reception for a refill(easy to do when you are standing in the shower and no telephone in thebathroom ... ). Not an excuse or other sign of caring about thecustomer. I would give this hotel a rating of 4,5.

Review 34：the breakfast buffet did not offer various coffee specialties. At such a price I would expect to be able to get a nice espresso and not only that Swedish coffee stuff... The Jacuzzi was coverd and is quite small 2-4 Pers. max
