Review 1：We booked two bedrooms for two couples by booking in this hotel. However, when we got the hotel, we called to confirm and the answer we had was that the person "responsible" for the reservations by Booking was not there. We went to the hotel in the next day and when we got there they had no couple bedrooms reserved for us. And again the person "responsible" for the Booking reservations was not there. So they offered us two bedrooms with 3 single beds until the next day. One of the bedrooms had not blanket (just bed sheets) and the shower was cold. On the next day we had to ask twice for the bedrooms with the couples beds - at morning and at afternoon - and we had to wait about 30 minutes in the afternoon in front of the bedrooms without any feedback of the employees. Just after a new complain they provided the new bedrooms. The employees were not solicitous or attentive.
