Review 1：Couldn't get the remote to work to change the channels had to do them by hand

Review 2：Rooms are very big and roomie , we got a king. Also we forgot our body wash but they have a body wash , shampoo and conditioner Dispenser in the shower .

Review 3：I didn't like when I got there was blood or something gory looking on the wall and all the staff could say was they were sorry but no bill credit or anything except a room change. Me and my girlfriend expected the standard cleanliness. The fact no one seemed to care was the worst. Hotel seemed to be all about the money. We did get a room change but the extra time to go back downstairs and get the new room and then go to the new room was very tiresome after our long vacation.

Review 5：There were two problems with our stay. We received an email to upgrade from two queen to two queen with pulling out queen sofa. We paid an additional fee for the upgrade. BW had no record of our upgrade nor were there any rooms available to upgrade. We were slightly disappointed but enjoyed the stay. There also was small problem with the toilet and a need for a plunger. Again disappointed that we had to unclog the toilet.

Review 8：The hotel was very nice. The bed was soft and felt great. I loved the dispenser on the wall with the soap, shampoo and conditioner for guest. The breakfast was nice and I love that they also provided a healthy selection of food. This was my first stay in a Best Western and I must say they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using them again.

Review 9：I traveled to Columbia for a graduation at the Army base. The staff is very friendly, they even helped me with directions to the base and locating services for my soldier.

Review 14：I was a little put off with reward program, because I was told about it when I stay at your hotel the frist time, and opt in. I stay two other time after that. When I asked would this last time count as my thrid stay, I was informed that none of my stays counted toward the three stays the next one was free. I trhough consitent that I stayed three time with in a month period I could have at least one count.

Review 76：We had two reservations and the second one was not in the system when checking in. After many times telling the front desk employee that I had two rooms, she finally looked at the paperwork and realized it. We did want a king size bed for one of the rooms and got double beds instead.

Review 82：The staff did not know how to sign I to the computer to check up in and it took a long time. Also the morning staff was very loud in the hall at 7:15. I heard all their complaints about coworkers!

The bed was comfortable and the inside noise was minimal (I had a restful sleep). The shower was hot and powerful. The business center was available if needed for work which was great. Overall, I plan on staying here again and I recommend this to others traveling for work.

I'm glad I called toconfirm this booking and was informed that they booked an extra night(without previous consent).
