Reviews for Falaza Game Park and Spa
Review 1:The staff did not have enough work and were watching the TV at the bar when we arrived which in turn did not make us feel we should be there The WiFi did not work very well although it was free I had to spend an hour at the Wimpy café for an hour each morning which was 20 minutes away
Review 2:Most of the staff tried their best and the bedroom itself was of the standard I expected
Review 3:Asked to join the single beds to a double bed but beds were merely pushed together. Need to provide linen for king size beds to allow couples to share a bed.
Review 4:Nice serene environment, central location.
Review 5:Everyone did a wonderful job of making us feel pampered. Eric, MK and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Seeing and hearing the animals as we walked around, lay in bed or bathed outside was such a special experience. We ate the most delicious meals and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Review 6:We took the long weekend to celebrate our 10th year anniversary and right from the start we were made to feel special, the staff came to welcome on our arrival - Eric was a great host. We ate at the restaurant and the Food was amazing and totally unexpected, been a really long time since we had food that good! We enjoyed the spa and a lot of effort was made to make the night a special occasion – we thought the staffs were amazing!
Review 7:The new lounge is under construction so the temporary facilities are limited. Pool area could be bigger.
Review 8:Good, healthy food options; good wine selection; spacious tent sizes and comfortable mattresses; helpful and attentive staff; close to False Bay Park and Hluhluwe Game Park. Relaxing enough just to stay in the camp and to use the spa. Recommended.
Review 9:Everything Suggest that you have a sundowner Braai at the highest point of the camp We were taken to this spot after the boat cruise and watched the sun go down awesome day thanks for helping create this memory Andre Schlunz
Review 10:the prices of the spa ,the cold welcome
Review 11:the bath , well planned tents
Review 12:Stayed here for 2 nights as a stopover for our honeymoon. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Accomodation was awesome, try get rooms 10 - 15 as they are the most private. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could've stayed longer.
Review 13:Outside shower outlet was blocked. Tent 4. Tents too close to each other. Single beds.
Review 14:Food was fantastic and fair value. Service and staff were first class.
Review 15:Food was disappointing! They sold some very nice "bush" shirts, but had limited stock - onle a few in size 32 and 40!! Expected more for what we paid
Review 16:The outside bath and shower, but the shower oulet was blocked
Review 17:Two days in a row no water to shower when coming back from a day'sgame drive is no fun. When the reception gives no communication or evenbaldly lies about it without offering an immediate alternative like forinstance a jerrycan , and in stead of apologies you get an arrogantsmile, then I wonder if the right people are in the right place.Safaris booked in advance got more and more expensive every hour (from 550 ZAR to 900 ZAR), so we had to cancel it for not feeling betrayed. The same people mentioned above are not honest
Review 18:Luxury and clean tents in nice park. Friendly and good staff in kitchenand restaurant.
Review 19:The food was definitely not 4 star. The place seems run down and the beds are terrible. For a four star in such a hot area, one would at least expect an air con. The staff is scarce and you battle to even get a drink around the pool. The pool is old and dingy.
Review 20:The setting is great. Nice encounter with the Rhinos right on your doorstep.
Review 21:Terrible Breakfast
