Review 1：Too expensive. And the worst breakfast I ever had in a hotel. It's something one would get at a youth hostel, lousy coffee, prepackaged jams, awful industrial cheese, no eggs in any form.

Review 3：Bed - Could feel the springs through the mattresses, pillows need replacing No reception or bar staff in attendance on arrival (20h30). Requested a baby cot when booking, this was not available. Breakfast room left dirty for very long after guests had left. Bookings.com features images of a small new block of this hotel only when most rooms are in a much more worn facility.

Review 6：Stayed in room 369, run down and old fashioned. Wasn't clean, the whole place smelt like a nursing home, walls very thin could here everything. Reminded me of a dorm I stayed in as a girl guide. Been on a 2 week tour of europe staying at 13 hotels, this was the worst of all.

Review 8：Excellent hotel, a bit pricey but worth every eurocent. The facilitiesare immaculate.The charming receptionist organised the equally charming night porter to open the dining room for an early breakfast as we had to leave at 0630.
Review 9：Hotel is like a seventies nightmare. Rooms are dated small and poorly furnished. Mouldy bathroom, no view from the room,ancient decor and bed linen, complained about the room and offered one on floor above exactly the same room, and exact same view of a wall.

Review 18：Advertised WiFi in "all areas" There was no connectivity in our building. When we complained the lady at the reception tried to refer to a "general problem" in the whole neighborhood. We doubt it as the problem was not the data transfer but purely the signal strength, which is a matter of a local antenne. As it was included in the rate it would have been correct to offer a compensation (discount) even if it was a minor amount.

Review 20：The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Thermes de Spa and with a lovely view of the foret above Spa. Friendly staff. The breakfast was reasonably good.

Review 22：1.The smell in the hotel is disturbing. The ventilation is not sufficient.2. Rooms 261-273 have no view. When you open the room window you see the windows of other rooms 7 meters away from your room. NO PRIVACY at all! We changed our room to room 353 and that was better.
