Review 1：The hotel is located on top of a high hill. It has a beautiful view on the town of Sundsvall, area around it and the sea. Staff is frendly and helpful.

It's out of town but was a good location with lots of free parking.The room was clean & comfortable and the bathroom was very compact. The breakfast was really good with a selection of hot & cold food really extensive.

Review 5：Some of the room furniture was beginning to be a bit dated and the bathroom vanity was a bit chipped. We were blessed to be upgraded a bit as the original room was going to looking at the back of the bowling alley without a view, not really as advertised when we booked. Celebrating something special would not have been the same looking at the back of a wall.

Review 13：Old room on the 3rd floor. Just like you were back in the 80s. Also smelly. Lots of mosquitoes, because the staff left the window open. The restaurant is a disaster(we run away after waiting for more than an hour).

Review 17：Was a bit of a shock to discover the use of the pool wasn't included in the stay. I booked this hotel as was the only one in Sundsvall with a pool. Was very disappointed to discover that there was an expensive extra charge! I also requested a change of room, I didn't want a room overlooking the carpark as the next day my partners family were arriving to surprise him. I was told there were no other rooms available unless I wanted to upgrade & pay extra for the suite. I had actually got in touch with the hotel prior to our arrival informing them it was a special birthday & if there was anything they could do for us to make the stay more special would be appreciated, nothing was done & I felt the request was ignored.

Review 18：The view is absolutely amazing, there are some nice walks around the hotel area too. The 180 degree restaurant has beautifully delicious food & the staff were very helpful, they brought me a menu in English. The room was clean & comfortable although the bathroom was very compact. The breakfast was really good & I defy anyone not to find something they liked. The waffle maker was very popular. The selection of hot & cold food was really extensive.

Review 19：Up hill on top of Sundsval. Reception and foyer are modern, big and grand. Unfortunately same can't be said about the bedroom- it's still stuck in 1960 with terrible beds. Thankfully arrived late and left 1sst thing. When in Sundsval spend the extra and don't bother with this 1.

The kitchen and bar were closed as we stayed on mid summers day but the receptionist gave us food and drink. The room was clean, smart and very comfortable. It also had thick curtains which meant we slept - heaven !
