Review 1：Staff was the unfriendliest we met during 4 weeks in Asia. Every contact to guests seems to be a disturbance to the ladies at the reception, their tone is very rude. We surely will not come back.

Review 2：Nice, clean and cheap place only a short walk from a beautiful beach. Free shuttle service to the airport, even at 4am.

Review 3：-Not so much the fault of the hotel but when i stayed for one night people and their children were being extremely noisy in the corridors and lobby area until the early hours. The corridor seemed to amplify the sound which meant i found it difficult to sleep.

Review 5：Location. The hotel itself is not far from Nai Yang beach, about 5 min walk. But Nai Yang, compared to Nai Thon nearby and other beaches such as Karong and Kata, is not very clean. It's quiet and calm, but the restaurants are limited and if you're planning to take any tours: Island hopping, Tiger shows - you will have to pay extra for transportation, because none of those companies pick up from Nai Yang.

Review 7：Room: Strange how most reviews are not talking about the ant problem. My room and bathroom had a lot of ants crawling all over. Either there is an ant infestation or the room wasnt cleaned thoroughly before I checked in. The doors are fairly thin so I could hear luggage and people passing by outside my room throughout. Not an ideal experience in Phuket where all I wanted was peace and quiet. Staff: I found it generally hard to communicate with the staff in English. The lady at the reception was particularly rude. My room was not ready by the promised time and I was finally offered a balcony room on the ground floor which opened up right in front of the kitchen of the hotel next door. Things got fairly noisy and when I requested for a room change, my original room was 'magically' occupied in a short 5 minute span. Interesting.
